Chapter 9: CHAPTER 7
After I got to the Dean's office I walked over to the cafeteria because Blythe was waiting for me. As I was walking, something suddenly blocked my path.
"Ms. Genius." Its greetings.
"Yes, Storm?" I asks.
"I heard you were selected in your department. I was selected in the Chemical Engineering Department." Storm said. So, he's my competitor?
"Goodluck." I said.
"Yeah by the way, will you play again later there at Red Rose?" Storm asked me.
"Yes. Why? Do you want me to watch?" I tease him.
"Oh! No. We're going to the bar later. Anyways, are you going to have lunch?"
"Where was the one with you last night?" I asks.
"Ah Sofia? We're through."
I just stared at him blankly. Like how many days did they last? He's really bad! But it was okay for my plan as well.
"Ahh so you're already interested in me? Is that so? Is that why you're approaching me, isn't it?" I asked.
"You're a transferee here. They were astounded you when you came, so of course I'm interested in you. I want to know you better." Storm said. I smirked. Even if I have a plan, I won't make it easy for him to get me. I will make this difficult for this shitty guy in front of me. I won't easily fall into his traps.
"I don't want to. I won't introduce myself to you. If you want to know me better, find ways. Toodles." And I walked away from him.
" Even just your favorites." he follows me.
"When I said that, what would you do?" I asked as I continued walking.
"No. I'll just get to know you." Storm replied. I stopped walking and looked at him.
"I love science. And secondly, I don't like hard-headed. You'll know me soon .. goodluck with the science quiz bee." And I proceeded to the cafeteria. I immediately looked for where Blythe was sitting.
"I'm sorry it took me so long."
"It's okay. So what did Dean say to you? Why were you called?" Blythe asked.
"About the Science Quiz Bee. I'm the representative of Medical Technology." My answer. Her eyes became wide opened.
"OMG! Congrats beshy. Then, how's that? you'll be busy with preparation, how's our plan for Storm?" Blythe said softly.
"It's still going on. He's also involved, so I can do those. Trust me." I answer her.
"I already ordered food for you." Blythe said.
"Thanks. I'll just pay you."
"Hey, ladies."
I was about to start my meal when suddenly someone called us. Storm and his cohorts with him. What is his intention again this time?
"Hey." Blythe replied.
"Can I share a table?"
I looked around and almost all the students were staring at us. I wouldn't be surprised because Storm is a campus hottie and another, he's council president.
"Go for it." said Blythe. They immediately sat down and unexpectedly, Storm sat beside me. The other students murmured while looking at us. Damn! I can felt the awkwardness already.
"Is it okay to sit beside you, Ms. Genius?" Storm asked.
"You're already sitting down, aren't you? What's the point of my answer?" I said angrily.
"Okay. So do you already have a training schedule?" Storm asked me.
"Nothing yet. Also, don't ask me because we have different departments." I said and I started consuming my food to escape this goddamn humans.
"So what's your friend's name?" Storm asked me.
"Blythe." Blythe replied. I looked at her. She's really flirty! So fragile.
"So Blythe, how well do you know Ms. Genius?"
I immediately looked at Storm. So these are his ways?
"We've been friends since high school." Blythe replied. She looks at me and I gave her immediately a "don't answer" look.
"What are the things she's fond of doing?" Storm asked.
"Storm .. can you be quiet for a moment? Just eat there. You have a lot of questions." I annoyingly said as i stepped between them
"Okay, as you wish." And he began to eat.
"You made her angry again." Maynard inserts.
"By the way, he's Marcellous. We're friends." Storm said as he introduced his friend whatsoever. I just smiled lightly and continues to eat.
"I'll leave you guys first, I'm still studying. I'm just in the library, Blythe." Blythe nodded in response and I left. I think I'm already number 2 on the list, little by little.
