Chapter 53: Acceptance
Even she couldn't pull it out despite having better and sharper nails than them..
She could do that in her Dragon form.
"Well, yeah.. Out of everyone, only thirty of them managed to learn that killing method since they have higher resolve and resistance to pain. So I taught them 'Claws'."
Izumi answered as he opened his eyes.
He was using Mind Eye to see his surroundings and succeed in doing so as he clearly saw and sensed that killing blow.
He wanted to hone his sensing skills so this was clearly a chance.
"Master....You mean they have already learnt it. The last stage?" Grayfia questioned since she knew this technique because Izumi had shown her during one of their nightly activities.
There are three stages of these Assassinations Art Techniques, and what they saw was just the first stage.
"Yes and No... They still haven't reached it but are around there. It'll take time but I'm sure they can pull it off." Izumi replied after a brief pause.
"Now let's go and welcome them, shall we?" He vanished into the thin air... leaving others dumfounded.
"What was... that'?" Yue opened her mouth in disbelief and she was not the only one.
They couldn't noticed how did he suddenly disappeared into the air...
So it was an expecpted reactions.
Grayfia sighed woefully, seeing her master's bad habit surfacing again.
"It's nothing new... His mastery over wind element increased again." Saying this she left towards the Haulia, others also followed her suit but still had that dumfounded look.
It may looked like Izumi never trained, but unknown to others except Grayfia, he always trained in secret because his power are becoming too deadly lately due to automatic increased in his mana/magic capacity.
(A/N: In others words, his energy reserve... I used mana bcz he is in the world where mana is used..)

"BOSS!"
All the Haulia present there, shouted seeing their benefactor/Boss as they were little surprised that they didn't noticed how & when he arrived.
'Boss sure is awesome and powerful. We didn't even noticed his presence or arrival..' They added inside their mind.
Izumi was like a God to these Haulia and they worshipped him inside their respective minds.. Not that Izumi was aware of it.
"Yo! I'm here to tell you that you all passed the test with flying colors. Congratulations!" He congratulated them.... then added.
"However, you're not strong enough to face the empire...." He dropped the bomb.
"But we can defeat them if you help us Boss!" Some were still reluctant.
"Oye! I never said that I would help.."
They become downcast hearing his reply.
"Also I didn't said I wouldn't help you...."
Their mood brightened up hearing this.
"It's just that going there blindly without plan may cost you dearly.. I'm not letting my subordinates die due to my carelessness or yours. So all of you should train more..." He further added.
"Tell me at which level were you at before you left?" He raised his voice this time.
"107 floor.. Boss!"
"I see.. For your next mission complete the whole Labyrinth.... meaning reach the last floor without any casualties. Then I'll let you all have your revenge."
He was purposely delaying because he had a feeling that they might have it sooner and he would never allow them to die like sheep since he had promised Shia after all.
"Ok..Boss!" They instantly agreed. They knew Boss was doing it for their own good.
Izumi then gestured at Grayfia and she nodded in response.
Few minutes later, she returned after teleporting the Haulia to the base... then to the floor 108 with all the Haulia.
"Sigh, let us eat somewhere around here then we'll leave. It may take 1 full day and we may not able to eat at the middle of traveling." Hajime stated earning nods from everyone.
Grayfia and Yue agreed to cook with Tio and Shia helping them a little here and there.
Boys were having their own talk.

It was already dark and a lone figure could be seen watching the group of stars..
That said figure had black shoulder length hair with clear blue eyes, wearing a blue shirt with two button unbuttoned and blue short pants since the air was hot.
"So you're here all along....." A soothing voice came from his back caused him to turn his head.
"Oh Tio... I was here from the beginning." He went silent because he could feels her bewitching scents all way from there and had an idea what it was.
Tio sat near him and said while looking up.
"It's been a while since we have talked, isn't?"
"Yes..." He knew her being here was not coincidence because there's no way she would find him unless..
"Are you still feigning ignorance Izumi-Kun?"
Tio said this time facing at Izumi who was still silent.
With a sigh he finally spoke up for real.
"Is this the only option? I'm sure you can find someone better than me.....I can supressed your desires."
Indeed that 'scents' was her desire to mate with him since he's basically her mate because she had marked him from that day.
"No!" She immediately denied.
There's no way she would ever found a man better than him.
She would rather die for better cause.
She had seen fair shares of men and none of them come close to him.. Sure they are handsome and somewhat powerful so what?
Being Dragon she could easily sensed their intentions from distance and it disgusted her to no end.
But Izumi was probably only one who never gazed at her lustfully ...May be because he has already been with his partner.
(A/N: Hajime is an extra...)
So what? You think if the man had partner then he would stop leering at other woman.
That's a big.. No!
It's common sense after all!
He frowned and closed his eyes for a minute, then said again..
"Saying that I don't have feelings for you may sound unbelievable... But I can't do this without my Fia-ch-"
"If you're worried about Grayfia-san then don't, I already have her permission." Tio interrupted Izumi and happily mentioned that she had Grayfia's permission to chase him.
"Oh... I -hummp" Before he could say anything Tio smashed her lips onto his since she was getting irritated at Izumi's too many what not.
Here's a bishoujo confessing her love to you and you're delaying it.... What kind of man are you?....Humph!
'It seems she's stuck with me for the rest of our lives....Well, her lips taste good.'
He thought for a little then proceed to return her kiss by wrapping his arms around her butt..with Tio being snaking her arms around his neck.
After 10 minutes, both of them separated followed by a silver trailed of saliva.
"I love you Izumi-Kun.. I have been waiting for his day.." She said as various emotions flashed through her eyes..
"I love you too, Tio..." Izumi confessed to her, this time genuinely without any pause.

"So you're purposely delaying your replies aren't you, Izumi-Kun~?" Tio asked seductively while touching her lips making her weapons jiggled a little.
"You know if you wants to hide your presence then use your ring that I have gifted you."
Izumi suddenly said causing Tio to become confused...but in the next second she jumped in fright.
