Chapter 5: Humanity and Dragons?!
Zooming in on the little blue planet that I had sent Adam and Eve to, I was shocked to see thousands of humans spread across one of the vast continents.
I suppose this confirmed the nagging suspicion I had that whenever I slept it was for thousands of years…
Setting that thought aside for later, I resumed my tour of how humanity had progressed. Compared to the warmongering Machai, or magically advanced High Elves, the Humans were certainly lacking. They were scattered across one of the dozens of continents in tribal groups and villages, having just advanced into the Bronze Age. By the looks of things, they would not reach a level on which they could contend with the galactic races any time soon. So, out of pity I wardened off their solar system to allow them to develop for a few thousand years until I could check up on them.
After all, it would be a pity if they were wiped out by an Ancients misstep in the cosmos.
While I was watching what the humans were up to, something Interesting was stirring up light years away.
[In a galaxy far far away…]
A gargantuan Celestial floated in the vastness of space, concentrating on his task at hand. The Celestial was massive, red in color, with six vertical glowing red eyes. The robotic being was currently using his control over various energy's and laws to create his very own creation, what would soon be the first of many mythical beasts.
-Celestial POV-
Thousands of years… for thousands of years I,Red, have been constantly studying and experimenting with the various beasts and races that our Glorious One(AN:Celestials worship Vita, she created all beasts and animals, along with the Celestials)created eons ago.
And finally, my experiments have succeeded in creating a beast,no, a mythical beast of proportions never seen before.
In front of me stood a massive creature, the fruits of my countless failures, it had a body the size of a planet with each of its 5 serpentine heads the size of moons, varying in colors from red to black.[Image Here]
Red:GAHAHAHA!!I SHALL NAME THIS BEING TIAMAT, THE FIRST DRAGON!!
My yells shook the very fabric of space and with them Tiamat's majestic reptilian eyes shot open, it's body uncontrollably releasing a majestic presence, annihilating nearby planets.
Disgusted, I wailed at the sight of his eyes, they were supposed to be perfect! I had envisioned crystalline blue eyes, reflecting the fabric of reality itself!! Yet here I see nothing but an imperfect monstrosity!!

Unbeknownst to the red Celestial, creating such a powerful being came with a price, his very soul had a piece ripped off and absorbed by Tiamat after its completion.
In fact, Reds countless failures had also chipped away at his soul, but the proportions were so microscopic that he had not noticed, but with the completion of Tiamat, the amount of his soul that was taken and absorbed was hundreds of times greater. Thus he began to fall into madness the moment Tiamat was created, finding imperfections were there where none.
Which resulted in the beginning of dozens of creations tossed aside by Red, The Mad Celestial.

Finishing with my visit on my adorable little humans, I took one last look around my universe to see if anything interesting was going on, and low and behold there was!
In a corner of space I saw a red Celestial wailing in frustration in front of a majestic 5 headed dragon. Using my omnipresence to understand what was happening, and quickly figuring out that the celestial had gone mad, I was curious what he would do next.
Much to my surprise, rather than killing Tiamat, he tossed the massive creature, the Primordial of Dragons, the Dragon God, aside which was the equivalent of hurling it endlessly off into space before it even gained a consciousness. The Red Celestial then went on with finding materials for further experiments and creations,murmuring to himself about a 'perfect being' with an occasional fit of madness.
Deciding it would be a waste of such a magnificent creature to be tossed aside, I appeared in front of Tiamat and with a wave of my hand gave it a conscience along with teleporting it to a galaxy overrun with the Machai, thinking it would mature fighting it out with the battle hungry people of Chao.
After which, I considered dealing with Red, but I'll just pin that responsibility on the Celestial League, which was responsible for overseeing the various Celestials throughout the universe. Plus I had peeked a bit into Reds future, which involved him creating many mythical beasts such as Phoenixes,Nine Tailed foxes, and the Loch Ness monster, I decided the Celestial would definitely liven up the universe with all sorts of interesting mythical creatures so there was no need to erase him.
And just like that, I disappeared from my spot in space, off to explore more of my infinite universe.
