In Musutafu City, in front of UA, many teens can be seen gathering and readying themselves to enter. Today is the day of the exams and many of these teens are hoping to enter UA and become heroes. One of these teens was standing in the crowd. At an age of 15, he had black spiky hair and blue eyes, he wore casual wear of a jacket and blue jeans. This young man is Jin Sakai.(Image here)
This is the day he has been training for, everyday of hunting in the wild and training with his Jiisan. At the moment he has a BP of 800 amd if he pushes it he can reach BP of 10400 but only if he goes all out.

Jin POV
Jin" Here I am, UA Highschool. Finally after years of training I'll finally get the chance."
I look around at the other teens that are my competitors. I begin to sense their Ki to get a feel of tgeir strengths but when I do I frown.
Jin" Why are they all so, weak?"
Are they Hiding their strength? If so the I should wait for the practical test. We are the ushered to a room where we take the written exam. That's the easy stuff, it doesn't take much for me to answer them. Once the written exam is finished we are all taken to a large arena with a model city inside. Honestly I didn't expect it to be this big. When we arrive we are greeted by some hero called Present Mic. He spoke about how we needed to rack up points by destroying robots and stuff and explained the point system. The higher the point thr harder the bot, with one exception. The zero pointer, A bot that isn't meant to be challenged because it's too strong. It's apparently only meant to be an obstacle, but not today. I'm gonna destroy it.
Present Mic" Ready, START!!!!!!"
I then shoot into the air surrounded by Ki. I race to the center of the city and start annihilating any robot I see. The other contestants haven't even made here yet so all of the robots are mine. When the others arrive they are confused because the entire area is covered in scrap and metal parts. At the end of it all, they can see me sitting on top of a pile of robots like a throne.
Jin" You all better look elsewhere."

POV Change
In a dark room that shows video footage of all contestants, several heros are watching and evaluating. They watch as all of the contestants ready themselves for the practical exam.
Nezu" We have quite the batch this year don't we."
Nezu, the pricipal of UA says as he looks at the screens. A few screens in particular catch his eyes. Several of the other staff agree with him but say little as they ate yet to see their capabilities. One man in particular continues to stare at a screen showing a timid boy with green hair.
Nezu" Is that the one?"
Allmight" Yes. I put all of my hopes in him. He has surpassed my expectations every step of the way."
Nezu nods in confirmation but his focus is immediately drawn to a screen in particular. The moment the Exam started, a boy of 15 takes off like a bullet into the sky. He was so fast that the cameras actually lost him.
Operator 1" What!?! Where did he go!?"
Operator 2" How did he move that fast!?"
Operator 1" Wait!!There he is!... What the h*ll is THIS!?!? How did he destroy so many that fast!?!?"
Both Nezu and Allmight begin to watch the newcomer and are shocked by what they are seeing. There, sitting on a throne of destroyed robots is the boy of 15, spiky black hair and blue eyes.
Nezu" It seems we have some serious talent now don't we."
Out of the shadows in the background, comes a man wearing all black and a scarf around his neck. All he can do is stare at the screen of the boy and grin furiously. (Aizawa's smiles genuinely creep me out)
They all look at the boys score amd see a terrifying 118 points, and it hasn't even been a minute yet.
Aizawa" Who is he."
Nezu" Jin Sakai, age 15. He lives with his adoptive guardian Gohan Sakai. Quirk: Monkey Limitless, Gives him, in theory, Unlimited potential. He can also transform into a Monkey Beast wich multiplies his strength by several times... But how come he can fly?"
Aizawa just continues to smile as he stares at the screen. The only thing he cared about from Nezus report, is that Jin has Unlimited potential. The thing he prides in the most.
Aizawa" Nezu, I want him in my class."
Although not as surprised as the others who heard this. Nezu still felt uncomfortable to hear Aizawa actively wanting a student. However, from looking at the results Jin has already, he has no doubts that he will pass.

I am giving Jin a combination of both Goku's and Vegeta's personalities. He is kind and fun to be around like Goku, but is also a bit arrogant like Vegeta.
Oh and for those curious about his base BP, don't forget he is only on earth. Not to mention that his BP is actually much stronger than Goku at the start of Dragon Ball Z. Goku was 23 years old with a BP of 416. Jin is 15 years old and has a BP of 800(1040 f he uses Ki) and he can still use his Monkey Beast mode. He doesn't do it though because he wants to improve his base, his Monkey Beast mode will only multiply his BP by 10, no more no less.
