Chapter 94: 94. 3 vs 3
Juan wears a full set of golden armor with a round shield and a long sword that with golden color too. All of those are magic items and they generate yellow lightning continuously.
Ben tells Bella to hide and uses defensive magic items because this will be dangerous. He can sense the magic items' power and know that they're top-grade items. The previous strong lightning blast has proved it.
Bella goes to another side and takes out a Lacrima crystal ball. She activates it and 5 layers of green magic barrier appear around her like a ball. The barrier will protect her from stray magic or even the enemy's attacks.
This is the magic item that Ben & Roubaul made for the girls so they will be protected in a dangerous situation. It's very tough that Ben will need all his power to break it completely.
Bella will be fine in there, so Ben can focus on fighting Juan. He looks at the Dark Mage who is clad in yellow lightning all over his body.
Lightning is fast, so Ben needs to be faster than that. Luckily, he has an element that is faster than lightning. Ben activates his Light Mode and the room becomes very bright.
"Hmm? What is this? You want to be a lamp now?" asks Juan with a mocking tone.
"Yeah, I am. So why don't you try to turn this lamp off?" asks Ben while smirking.
Juan clicks his tongue after knowing that Ben isn't easy to be taunted. He thoughts Ben will get angry easily and attack rashly like a normal teenager. But such words won't make Ben angry as it is a very bad insult.
"Requip: Dragon Fangs!" chants Ben.
A pair of daggers with black scaly handles appear on Ben's hands. The enemy uses a sword, so Ben won't fight it barehanded. He uses the twin daggers that he made using the left-over materials after making the guns.
Instead of the Light element, Ben flows his gravity element on the daggers. It will make his strikes heavier even though the daggers are light.
Juan starts the battle first by swinging his swords down. The sword generates a lightning slash that moves toward Ben. Ben flashes to the side before rushing to Juan and attacking him with his dagger.
Ben's strike gets blocked by Juan using his shield. Then Juan strike back using his sword and Ben parries it. Ben kicks Juan's stomach and flings him back to the wall.
*CRASH*
Juan breaks the wall and flings outside, so Ben follows him. When Ben gets outside, Juan has stabilized himself and he has no damage. Even his armor that got kicked by Ben doesn't have a dent at all.
"What a strong armor. I used a lot of power in that kick and there's not even a little dent. No wonder you really wanted it," says Ben.
"Hah, if it's not this good, then I won't even bother to make an enemy of Magic Council. I'm not that stupid," says Juan.
"No no no, you're still stupid enough to be their enemy," says Ben.
Ben doesn't say anything else and flashes to Juan again. They get into a confrontation at close range using their weapons. Ben can move faster, but Juan is not that slow either because of the lightning power.
Both of them move around the field at very high speeds. Their battle is too fast for normal eyes that it looks like 2 yellow lights flashing around the field. They've clashed multiple times in a short amount of time and no one has the upper hand.
Ben can move faster and evade Juan's attacks. Juan is slower, but he has a very solid defense because of his tough armor. They keep trying to find the gaps of their enemy's movements to attack it at the right moment.
In another place, Elfman is facing a big man with brown hair & a thick beard. The man's name is Herry and he wears silver armor with a similar design as Juan. But it's bigger and doesn't generate any element.
Herry doesn't hold any weapon and uses his fists for battle. His armor is tough, so it will add more damages to his punches. It also compliments his magic which is very simple but strong magic, strengthening.
Elfman uses his Take-Over magic, but he just transforms his arms into that of Iron Bull. He doesn't use full-body Take-Over because he can't. He still has trauma after he almost killed Lisanna when he transformed into The Beast.
Herry and Elfman then start to fight using their fists. Both of them are a direct fighter that believes in their strength. They fight closely and hit each other with their strong punches.
They seem to be equal at first, but Herry starts to get the upper hand slowly. He has a better defense than Elfman who doesn't have tough armor like him. Even Elfman's iron fists can't make a dent on his armor, so Herry isn't injured at all.
"WHAT'S WRONG, KID? IS THIS ALL YOU'VE GOT? HAHA," says Herry maniacally.
"Ugh," grunts Elfman as his stomach gets hit by Herry.
Elfman tries to fight back, but his punches can't penetrate Herry's armor. Herry's armor is a high-grade magic item, although Juan's is better. But still, it's not a weak item that can be destroyed easily.
While Elfman is having a hard time, Mira is also struggling. Her opponent is a woman named Elise who has long orange hair and wears red desert dancer clothes. But her clothes are magic items too, just like her guildmates.
However, instead of armor, her clothes are generating smells like perfume. The smell has many uses, but it can only affect her opponent. As soon as Mira entered the room where Elise stayed, she got affected by the smell.
Now Mira is getting weakened by the smell that Elise used. Mira immediately knows what happened and tries to hold her breath. Elise uses this chance to attack Mira who gets weakened in close combat.
But Mira isn't an S-Class if she can get defeated that easily. She fights Elise with her hand-to-hand combat skills and can hold Elise. Even so, her weakened body is affecting her and making Elise gets the upper hand.
She wants to transform into her Satan Soul, but she can't. It's not like Elfman who can't do it because of his trauma, but it's because of her weakened state. The smells mess with her magic control and make her unable to transform.
"Haha, as long as you need to breathe, then you will smell my magic item's perfume. You won't be able to use your magic if you still smell it," says Elise while striking Mira's left bodyside with her kick.
Mira flings to the right and rolls on the floor. Then Elise suddenly makes a wind ball and shoots it at Mira. Elise is a wind mage and she uses her wind to control the smell that she made from the magic item.
Mira rolls to the side and evades the wind ball that creates a small dent on the floor. Elise isn't too strong with her wind magic, that's why she used the magic items. But she can use her magic items well and combined her magic with them.
Elise attacks Mira continuously and makes Mira unable to do anything. She doesn't even have time to prepare and use her magic. It's Elise's strategy to make Mira unable to do anything.
But suddenly, they stop when big yellow lightning currents spread all over the room. In fact, it spreads all over the mansion and breaks the structures. Everyone in the mansion immediately protects themselves as the Mansion collapse.
*CRASH CRASH CRASH*
Dust flies everywhere and covers the whole area. No one can be seen because of the thick dust clouds. Just what has happened here?
