Chapter 3: Delete
Sept. 2, 2021, Thursday
Today is the first day of school and I just sat down in the car that my uncle owns, it's a 2021 Mercedes-Maybach S-Class the most luxury car that I think Mercedes made and he got that by my father's gift for him.
My outfit is the black urban trousers that I bought from Versace, a tee from Gucci, my Air Jordan 6 Travis Scott, and to cover my tee I just weak my Nike windbreaker. It is my first time going to a public school because in Italy my dad always picks a private school for me but now I can now go to the school that I want.
The school is called Cresent Dom High school just near downtown and apparently the best high school here in North East, and my uncle's girlfriend suggest the school for me because that's where she graduated from and also her brother go there.
"You excited to go to school?" My uncle asked.
"Kind off," I said while looking at the beautiful sunrise.
"Beautiful isn't it? You should enjoy the summer and spring because winter's sucks"
"I'm gonna try to remember that"
"Where should I park? You okay if I just put you down in front of the school seems like the parking lot is full"
"Yeah you could be there so you don't have to spend ages to find a free space and get out of the parking lot"
"You're right, I still have work to go to after all"
5 minutes later...
"Alrighty we've arrived, just call me if you have a problem at school though it is your first day at school there shouldn't be a problem"
"Thanks, see you"
After I opened the door my uncle said his goodbye and I just shut the door and went to the pavement. The school looks kinda old but it is beautiful not as beautiful as my previous school in Milan though.
*BRINGGGGGGGGGGG*
'Am I late?' I muttered while walking normally while some of the other students rushed to get inside the school and passed me while looking at me.
After I get inside the school and went through the two doors I can hear the announcement that saying before we go to our homeroom we still have to go to the main gym. Me coming here for the first time I don't fucking know where it is so I just followed the students.
While walking into the hallway I heard my name called I just ignored it because there are probably lots of people here named Arthur so I kept walking. But then the second time I hear my name called again it sounds near me and a hand touching my arm.
"Sorry?" I said after I just realized that I was the one being called.
"Hello my name is Peter Walker you can call me Mrs. Walker I'm the management leader if you have a moment can you follow me, you don't need to worry about going to the main gym I'm gonna drop you off there later when we're done"
"Ohh..." I don't know him at all. "Sorry about that, yes I can follow you, Mrs.Walker"
After going into his office I sat down into the other or guest seat while he just sat down into his seat while he started using his computer.
"So I called you to follow me and come here is because you don't have a locker yet and also we forgot to send and update your schedule for the first and second term"
"No need to worry Mrs. Walker"
"So first here is your locker code, don't show it to anyone you can save it on your phone notes so you don't forget it, Okay?" Mrs. Walker said while he grabbed one yellow sticky note from his desk and also grabbed his pen and begin writing my locker code on it.
"Thank you," I said as I get my locker code number and just takes a picture of it.
"The second is do you have a Powerschool this is where you can see your grade and schedules"
"Unfortunately I don't have it, Mrs. Walker"
"No need to worry kid it's your first time going to school here in Canada"
After setting up my PowerSchool and the school internet with the help of Mrs. Walker. Without him would have been taken an hour to figure it out but with him, I finished it in just 10 minutes.
"So what first period do you want?"
"Hmm... Science?"
"And for your second period?"
"Do the school have robotics or related to it?"
"Your lucky kid it's hard to get in into this class"
"..."
"So your third period is gonna be English, and you're fourth?"
"Gym?"
"Okay that's done for the first term, so let me repeat it again for your periods for the first term, you first have Science, second robotics, third English, and last is Gym"
"Indeed it is"
"Op..op..op..., no need to rush, we still have to do the second term"
"Sorry about that"
"So your first period in the second term is gonna be Math, and your second?"
"How about art?"
"Okay art it is, your third is gonna be social studies, and your last one?"
"Hmmmm..... Gym again"
"Okay just wait for a sec and I'm gonna update your schedule in PowerSchool for the first and second term"
After about 10 minutes of him updating my schedule, I just used my phone and use my AirPods and watched videos from youtube.
"Okay done, we can now go to the main gym"
"It's still not finished?"
"Haa....! Well every year for the first day of school the morning start by 2 hours in the main gym so you better be not going to sleep"
"Really?"
"Not joking"
"Aghh..."
We then go out of Mrs. Walker's office and go back into the hallway leading to the main gym.
