I am doing fine thankmyou despite a very crazy day. It was the 21st anniversary of 9/11 and everything was going wrong for me and every one around me. I did make a cool tiktok about 9/11 showing respect to the victims.
As far as wellness group is concerned I am not holding any grudges. Some people don't understand and that I am ok I ok with. Not everyone needs to know but it younbe a better world if they did know. I an trying to raise acceptance and awareness to ptsd or post traumatic stress disorder.
I am also having a slow by crazy day too.
I couldn't sleep because I kept having odd dreams not nightmares but really realistic dreams and I shot out of bed a couple of times because them. That's who real the were.
