Chapter 2: Page Two: The Wrong Place
Day Two
It's the second day, Nothing much in particular has happened. I have found an edible fruit, though. But other than that, I've just wandered around all day and all night.
Day Three
Today is the worst out of the three days I have been here, the weather is terrible, basically a hurricane out there. I've taken shelter inside a cave, I keep hearing noises deep, deep inside of it, but I am too scared to go further than I have already ventured.
Day Four
The sound has gotten louder, it sounds like breathing. I'm beginning to worry, I would just run out of the cave, but the hurricane has gotten stronger, so that's out of the question.
Day Five
I have come across something strange, an lizard. I think? I'm going to watch it, to figure out if it's a threat or not.
It has babies, they're the most adorable things I've ever seen. That I remember, anyways.
Day Six
After watching for long enough, the storm has died down, finally. I've concluded that those "Lizards" are not anything I should interact with, I've no idea if they're aggressive or what, but I'm lucky enough to have not been noticed by them, so I'm not gonna push my luck
Day Seven
I escaped the cave last night, while the lizards were asleep. I'll never forget what I saw in there, it was some sort of altar in front of an even bigger decomposing lizard carcass. I don't understand how it didn't stink up the entire cave, though.
There's smoke in the distance, I'm unsure of whether I should approach it or not.
Day Eight
I decided to go towards the smoke, I regret that decision. When I went there, it was a half-burned-down village with human corpses scattered everywhere. This place feels wrong... I think somethings watching me.
