Floating in a dark starry filled room, was a bright white soul that seemed to be that of a young teenage boy. Maybe around 14-16 years old. Sitting in front of said child, was another bright white soul, but this one was a hell of a lot brighter than the child.
"Are you awake, young man?" The old soul spoke. As if reacting to his words, the young boy started to stir.
"Agh… What happened? Where am I?" The boy questioned, his head whipped around in nervousness and worry. Seeing that he was literally floating in what one would describe as space, the anxiousness and worry he felt skyrocketed.
"Calm down young one! Everything's fine. Well as fine as can be right now since you're dead but whatever…" The old soul said to the young boy to calm him down… Or try to at least.
"What!? I'm dead? Why, how? What the fu-"
"Calm down boy! Damn… We don't have much time so I'll keep the explanation quick." The old soul said, annoyance apparent in his voice. Hearing the old man's words, the young boy slowly started calming himself down. He was really interested in the way he died, the last thing he remembered was him getting really sick, like a sickness that lasted longer than a week, until one day he went to bed feeling absolutely awful. The next thing he knew, he was here.
"Wait…" The young boy started piecing two and two together, quickly coming to the realization of how he died.
"Don't tell me I died in my sleep…" The boy mumbled out loud, sadness was evident in his voice, causing the old man's annoyance to grow some more.
"Yes yes, you died. The way you died is accurate to what you're thinking, but dying in your sleep was an accident on my part… Which is why! You're here now." The old soul explained. Listening to his words, the young boy's confusion continued to grow until he realized that this could be his way to reincarnation, just like that one fanfic he read.
"Soooo, you're a god? Or THE God?" The boy questioned, a bit more loosely than before. Understanding his question, God nodded and decided to answer his question.
"Yes, I'm THE God, but just because I am it doesn't mean that the abilities I'll give you will be yours to choose. I may have the abilities to give you anything you wanted but I cannot do that since it would break the rules I've set for all the other minor Gods." He explained. The boy's excitement died down hearing God's explanation, but he immediately shot back up and looked towards God with a reinvigorated look.
"Okay that's fine, at least I'm getting abilities… But what world am I going to? Do I get to choose or is it random as well?" The boy wondered.
"That is random as well. Sorry about that but I can't change it since there would be a lot of unwanted paperwork that comes with that change…" God stated. His reasoning was enough to make the young boy deadpan.
"Yeah yeah, alright. Let's get this over with then old man. I'm getting impatient now." Hearing his words, God's once annoyed face morphed to that of appreciation and a glad smile.
"Yes, just what I was thinking."
And with those words, God summoned two giant wheels. One had a list of multiple powers from different anime and TV shows. Some movie abilities were mixed in as well.
"Another thing you should know. Your memories that made you, well you. Will be deleted, so you will basically become a clean slate and take over the memories and mannerisms of the body you take." God informed, causing the boy to freeze in his place.
"I guess that's fine… Though I would've liked to keep them… I guess I can't complain though since I'm getting a second chance." The young boy muttered.
"Alright, so how does this work? Do I just spin the wheel?" The boy questioned.
"Yes, or I could do it for you. Nothing would change if I did it for you just so you know, everything has the same chance of being chosen."
The boy nodded in understanding, he then got up and made his way over to the wheel. Standing in front of said wheel caused the boy to gasp in amazement.
"The wheel looked a lot smaller from where I was… Can't believe it's this big…" The boy muttered under his breath.
Shaking his head, the boy placed his right hand on the wheel lever. Pulling in a downward motion, the wheel shot down and began spinning.

The sound of clicking quickly invaded the space God and the boy sat. The sound was coming from the wheel as it spun past every single option on the paddles.
'Please be something good, please be something good!' The boy pleaded inwardly.

[Conceptual Darkness Manipulation.]
"Huh? Darkness Manipulation…?" The boy muttered in disbelief. From what he knew, darkness manipulation, or Umbrakinises, is a really strong ability if trained correctly and to its strongest point. But he's never heard of Conceptual Darkness Manipulation…
'Whatever, it's probably good since it's still Darkness Manipulation, right?' He wondered.
"What luck you have, young boy. Now! Move on to your second spin, this one will be your second ability and the last gift you get from me since my debt would be paid afterward." God added, pulling the boy out of his stupor.
"Oh! I get two? Bet." The boy said as he put his right hand back on the lever. Taking in a deep breath and wishing for luck, he pulled it.

[Conceptual Ice Manipulation.]
'Conceptual?... What's up with that? Does it mean it's a better version of ice manipulation? Same thing for Darkness Manipulation…' The young boy fell into thought, trying to think of a difference but that time was cut short by an impatient God who had something better to do.
"Alright! Off you go!"
"Wait! I didn't spin for a world!" The young boy countered.
"It doesn't matter, you've wasted enough time already! I'll just pick one for you. Not that you would remember or know what world you're in anyway. You'll only have knowledge of the abilities you have." The boy tried to shout back but he was too late as God had snapped his fingers and sent the boy's soul down towards a random unfortunate boy living on the streets of My Hero Academia…
Or should it be in that random boy's fortune that the young boy was sent to take over...
