Location: Mediterranean country XXXX - North province - Tri city - BE district.

["It's expected that the weather will be sunny today and will continue until next Monday with the lowest temperature at 32 and the highest reaching 52 during the day."]
The weather report on the radio could not bring a semblance of happiness to anyone except for the devil, maybe.
*mumble**mumble*
"Ice cream.... shaved ice.... snow... air conditioning....."
The young man kept on mumbling while lying on the floor, trying to get some coolness from the tiles in this hot summer.
This young man with a height of 1.86m, black eyes, wheat skin color, average body muscles structure aka "Halfway Obese" and black hair with some strands of gray and white hair from stress with somewhat above the average face.
"I believe I can ****... I believe I can touch the s****... I throw my ****..."
The more time passed, the more the young man kept on murmuring weirdly.

["Experts advises people to stay indoors within a cooler air temperature to avoid heat strokes "]
"No Sh*t... experts may a*****... cooler air temperature my ****."
*whoosh*
Suddenly the young man jumps from the floor in one motion and starts cursing 18+ words.
However, the outburst did not last for too long, only for him to lay down on the floor again.
Just this time he had to change his position to the next row of tiles as the previous location had become too hot from the extended contact with his body.
*whizz*
["On to the next news, the new prime minister announced the list of ministers, and a session of the parliament will be held on Thursday. The session will be held to discuss the possibility of this new government and whether it can gain the trust to start working. We hope this time the new government can fill the void that had lasted for 2 years"]
"This is the fifth proposed government lineup... I hope it will work this time."
*sigh*
Said the young man while sighing, a sigh of helplessness and a little too much sadness and sorrow. Then he changed his position again to another spot on the floor.
*whizz*
["The electricity rationing will continue with the lack of fuel, and the electricity time will decrease from 6 hours a day to 4 hours in all regions of the country. On the hope that with the new government, if it gains the parliament trust, that the electricity rationing will improve while the country regains its stability."]
"Noooo *** you ****** m*** Ahhh! I should just commit suicide and end this misery. I'm going to do it Right Now, Right Here, At This Moment."
*whoosh*
The young man stands up right away and runs to the balcony, ready to jump. However, the moment he looks down and sees the height of the fall and imagines the results of jumping from the sixth floor, he standstill as if he got petrified.
*squeak*
After 10 seconds, he turns around mechanically, then he bolts to his room, grabs a mattress, puts it on the floor, jumps up the bed, and starts yelling.
"I AM A MAN OF MY WORDS"
After yelling, he jumps as high as he can while yelling dramatically as he falls straight on the mattress. Silence finally pervaded for some time. A minute or so later, the young man sits up with a look of deep sorrow looking at his hands and feet.
*sigh*
"Why... I want to end it all and be free, maybe even get isekai'd to an anime world with beautiful elves with a big personality."
He grabs his chest in pain as if having a heart attack with a fake tear in his eyes.
*whimper*
"I guess the world won't let me go. Oh oh, my sad heart what to do."
The young man continues his acting for some time, pretending so sorrowfully if someone hears him, they will probably give him a like, share and subscribe.
"DINNER IS READY"
Suddenly a loud but still gentle female voice resounds in the house, successfully interrupting the young man's self-improvised drama.
The young man changed his expression from a sad heartbroken man to the happy face of a bachelor finally getting married to a beautiful wife with a house and a car, with no loans included.
"I'M COMING RIGHT AWAY!"
*fwoosh*
Like a bullet, jumps up the young man upon hearing that the dinner is ready.
He even forgot that his father, for some unknown reason had installed the slipperiest tiles he could find on the floor, that the mattress, will slip when he stepped too fast while running to the door.
"ahhhh...!"
*gasp*
Falling out of balance, his life flashing back to him, scene by scene in his mind, while his face was about to have a 1 on 1 meeting with the floor, thinking about the probability of dying from this fall and getting isekai'd.
