Chapter 51: Chapter Pov Kira
During this survival trial of the school I want to prove that I am worthy of Vaileins love and attention. To prove this point I decide that I want to survive the day's alone and lay in his arms each night, my way of saying see I got just as far as you did. I know it sounds ridiculous but I want to stand at this side, not behind him. We go and exchange our points before we start. I bought everything I might need, except food because that was no longer available. In the corridor to the outside I make my wishes known and Vailein agrees quickly, no persuasion needed at all, this stuns me into silence. Outside the walls we listen to the teacher rambling about how we need to become self-sufficient. I know for a fact that Vailein, Mav, Janfa and I are pretty much completely self-sufficient but who cares. Janfa and I just lack an income stream to be self-sufficient but we have a lot of savings to tide a storm.
Soon Vailein points at a place close by to meet up. I think I can run there in 6 hours, I push it a bit further away towards the 8 hours of non-stop running to make it. With food and exercise in between it will take me about 11 hours to make it if nothing happens. So we split up. I have my Pokemon out of their balls for those that can run, Exeggcute for example can't run since they are eggs, they train by launching themselves with psychic through the air to keep up with our speed. Swablu is now 7 years old, and I expect her to evolve this year if no surprises happen. Frogadier is slowly gaining a stable dark energy next to it's water energy. I expect him to evolve this year or next year. Skitty, Phanpy Amaura, Joltic, Riolu, Litwick and Zubat are still relatively young and unless something triggers an early evolution they won't evolve for another 2 years. Each of my Pokemon Traines their bodies real hard, we took to Vaileins philosophy: a vessel can only hold as much as it is strong. This means that if they can trash an advanced level Pokemon purely with physical strength, then with the use of their energy they can fight a Pseudo-king Pokemon and even withstand a few hits from many king Pokemon. So far his theory is correct, his Pokemon are stronger and larger then most of those on the same level.
Oops I have to watch the road, I think I ran into a Wobbuffet colony. Though if I don't trigger those Pokemon it is highly likely that they will just let me pass. So I slow down and move slowly with my Pokemon through the colony of Wobbuffet. I speed up on the other side of the Wobbuffet clan, a kilometer further I take a misstep and tumble down a small slope, I didn't hurt myself or anything just dirtied my clothes. I look up and quickly plug my ears with my fingers then I get up and move back up the same slope I tumbled down. It is hard work but seeing what is behind me it is well worth it. Loudred are yelling behind me I don't know what they are saying but I guess I am not welcome to their tribe. A few Exploud are behind the Loudred ready to attack me with sonic attacks. They can do that on extremely long range, 6 km though not lethal after 2 km it still damages you a lot. So I run away as fast as I can without looking back to evade the punishment of Exploud. My Pokemon obviously follow me and after a 3 km high speed run I reduce my speed for another half a mile, then I come to a stop and start preparing food. Where does the food come from? Vailein prepared it in the morning. Each day we have to make fresh food. In order to do that Swablu picked off some Pokemon and berries during our run to use as ingredients. Frogadier defends me from stronger Pokemon during the running. Skitty is a cute Pokemon, but also a feisty one that defends me from some weaker opponents. Phanpy erases our tracks as much as possible. Last but not least Comfey picks several flowers and adds it to it's collection.
In the end I and my Pokemon have a relatively uneventful run the rest of the way. Of course we had a few minor scrimmages but that is all. When we arrive Vailein is waiting for us with a campfire that's burning, food prepared, and a resting place cleaned up. Before I can greet him, I hear from behind me a call of Whimsicott. I turn around and Vailein tells me that the Whimsicott is challenging my Pokemon to a duel of energy, and I should accept. Seeing this I see no reason to refuse and have my pokemon use their energy in a battle against the opponents Whimsicott assigns them. My Frogadier and Swablu win their match but the rest are still too young to actually have a proper battle.
After the challenge of Whimsicott first heals all participants of the spar, resulting in an evolution for Swablu and Frogadier, they are now past pseudo-king but not king level yet. I guess after this month of travel they will stabilize and be real king level Pokemon. Whimsicott gives me a pluck of it's gotten and I see the string on Vaileins wrist now. I quickly copy him. The next morning we get another challenge from Whimsicott and both of us happily oblige. Then we set a new point and travel again. Today I am a lot less clumsy than yesterday. I now know what I have to look out for while running. It isn't the next step I have to worry about but the 10th or even 20th step from the one I am now making. My brain then by itself selects a route to follow so I don't trip. We make great progress, after a few days I notice that Vailein is aiming for a specific direction. It also seems he arrives late a few days on purpose. But seeing a few new bruises that might also just be my imagination. After week of running we exit the forest. I gasp at seeing ruins. No ruins are on our maps but it seems Vailein was Expecting something like this.
The ruins pull our attention and we want to explore them properly, so we set up a semi permanent camp. Then we roam around in the ruins. After wandering between collapsed buildings for days we finally spot one that is still mostly intact. Lights are shining in between some cracks, so we know that the electricity is working and that there should be people inside. After walking a circle around the whole building we decide to approach what we assume to be their front door. Vailein attempts to get entrance in a polite manner, I distinctly gain a feeling that there are only men inside the building and that if they hear a female voice they will open even if it is just so they can see a female body again. I might be young but I am getting curves slowly. So when I whine to Vailein about wanting food and to go back to the city they instantly fall silent. After just 10 minutes they indeed open the door and I pretend to be weak. I see the lust filled eyes of the sex starved males, Vaileins eye flash with a trace of malice but he quickly covers it up. We follow the four males and eat very slowly what they serve us. It appears we eat a lot but we don't absorb much at all. We isolate the food with aura, after all most of the food will be thrown up later if we are correct in our conjectures.
When they give us a tour after feeding us Vailein watches them exchange hand signals. He gives them a last benefit of the doubt by slowly changing the targets of each person to be their own companions that they see as 'us'. A clever trick if I may say so. We finally enter an electric generator room, it seems kind of old fashioned compared to generators we have in the city but it works pretty good. And indeed one of the men orders the present Pokemon to attack 'us', Pachirisu, a cute squirrel like Pokemon sends out shock waves to the designated targets, 2 of the 3 grunts. Flaaffy and Joltic release themselves and shock the 3rd grunt into parallelization. Vailein uses Honedge for the first time to kill a human being, he pales considerably but keeps himself together. Quickly we move to the wall with a lot of poke-balls and return each of the present Pachirisu. Then I grab my knife and stab one of the grunts through his eye socket directly into his brain killing him in less then a second. My brain short circuits and I throw up, all I can look at is the grunt I just killed with my knife. Except for throwing up and breathing raggedly I can't seem to do anything else. Vailein suddenly grabs me by my arm and pulls me out of the room. He also vomits because of what he did, but he still is thinking of me first and moves me to a different place. Then sinks on the floor cuddling me on his lap and we rest this way. Only after an hour did we come too and see that our Pokemon took care of the aftermath. The door to the generator is closed, all traces of the kills are gone. Weak and hungry again we drink something to remove the vomit taste then eat tasteless energy bars, which are our emergency rations. Suddenly we remember that there should be 4 more people present in the building, we rush on our wobbly legs to find them before they blow up the whole building, or do something else that puts us in a disadvantage.
We find 2 researchers that should still be present behind a false wall with the help of Houndour that Vaileins, Houndoom took control over. With the help of our psychic Pokemon one goes brain dead and the other becomes a temporary slave. The slave is very helpful, disabling the self destruct system forever. Not only that he is also a handy guide for us to get the stuff they worked on until now. We exchange clothes and I absolutely love those clothes, in a heartbeat they turn from a gala dress into sport clothing, not only that they also clean themselves if I think about them being clean and a lot more handy features. Vailein is more interested in the fanny packs, oh I remember they are space pockets 1/10th the size of our modern one because of nanotechnology.
Tonight we spend the night in a king size bed and I think I need a good memory to cancel out the bad one we made. But first I need sleep, I have a hard time sleeping but I am not the only one, Vailein has too. Our consciousness is giving us nightmares about how the kills could have gone wrong, making us the victims in the end. After a terrible night I think we can both use a happy fresh memory, in a haze I did something completely out of character, I took the lead in arousing Vailein. He didn't disappoint me either by only taking pleasure and not giving any, he gave me the best orgasm I've had until now. After the terrible night both of our orgasms took a lot out of us and we spend half a day recovering from them. We decide that we keep our relationship advancement to ourselves for now. After that we return to the camp and call our best friends, so they can come over and help us take everything in the ruins. Though we took a lot of the most important items we encountered, we hardly explored the base. While waiting for Janfa and Mav we scout out the Pokemon we encounter outside of the ruins. Vailein has a great idea to use a Ditto to change our identities for several occasions. So I follow suit. Though we have yet to spot a Ditto, we will search far and wide till we find one that wants to follow us. If I succeed before Janfa and Mav arrive that would be awesome.
We fail in finding Ditto before Mav and Janfa arrive. We did find a pond with different colored slime inside, though it is diluted a lot. When Mav and Janfa are here we start scouting out the ruins for the next one and a half week. I find a hidden compartment with a briefcase inside it. Inside the briefcase are 827 vials. On each vial there is a Pokemon name, I guess this is part of the research into Mewtwo. We find a lot of other stuff we gladly take away. We just have to figure out how we are going to hide it from the school. The Houndour become our mules, they can enter Houndooms Shadow dimension because they are his subordinates.
