Chapter 276: Chapter 276: Beelzebub
"Great, great, another guy who wants to meet me and possibly kill me, take Maska's mother instead, she's already very old!"
-He said our- Dabria commented -He's not alone-
"I actually don't mind if this god actually take her, sometimes I need peace" Maska sighs
"Then why do you still live with her?" Damon asked
"Hey, she said I can't live alone, so I won't" Maska responded
-Mama's boy- Ace chuckled
"Come to room 666" the god demanded "As you can see around you, non of the doors have a plate or numbers on them, find the one with this number, I'm in the room"
"Ok one of us run that direction and the another one run this direction and we'll report to each other when we each find the room" jasper said "Make sure to not overlook"
"Ok I'll go to the right and Siege go the other way, the rest of you stay here, if one of us find it, we'll tell you"

After about half an hour, Siege found the room and isn't opening the door until the rest of us arrive, I warped to the others and run with them to Siege's location.
Jasper kicked the door opened, what greeted us was a forest, a grey field with dead leafless trees under a grey sky and mist everywhere.
-He's further inside- Dabria commented
We walked cautiously further and we are greeted by a man who looks to be in his 40s, 186cm tall, black hair, grey eyes and on his head is black horns. He wears a grey robe with demonic wings emerging from his back.
"Welcome, Perseus Silver" the god greeted "I'm Beelzebub, the sin of gluttony. Though I was quite sad that you didn't name your ring after me, calling it the ring of gluttony should tire your mouth after sometimes"
"You know, I really was expecting Lucifer, have you seen the show starring Tom Ellis?"
"Yes, it was a pretty good show" Beelzebub nodded "I loved Tom Ellis' performance"
-Seriously, we're not here to talk about charismatic and attractive men with a cool accents- Dabria complained
-You're complimenting him though- Siege pointed out
-Ok, who doesn't love Tom Ellis?- Dabria countered and it was a good point
"What the hell is a Lucifer?" Maska asked "Should we kill him?"
"Stop being so rash now" Jasper stopped Maska wo already took out his axe "That's a god, if our young executive can negotiate us out of a fight, I suggest you don't ruin it"
"Though it pains me that the real lucifer isn't the same, I've considered making a complaint and asking the higher ups to the real Lucifer with Tom Ellis, but nothing came out of that" Beelzebub sighs "I want a show about me too, but my name isn't as catchy, I even talked to a few directors, just shorten my name to El or something"
"Oh I would sign that petition to make Tom Ellis replace Lucifer, but I'll call you El"
-You're getting along with him well- Damon commented
-Yeah, didn't think that you can bond with a devil over a show, but here we are- Ace added
-Well, Perseus is definitely one of the stranger reincarnates- Dabria mentioned
"Right, Perseus, have you gotten the invite to the banquet yet?" El asked "It happens only every 500 years, and don't try to not go, they will send the enforcers after you, I can handle a few, but even I think that they're scary"
"So why did you and this Azlin got get us here? Are you trying to kill us here before we can go back?"
"Well Azlin is, I'm not, I actually hope that you'll live long enough to go to the banquet where you'll meet others of your kind" El chuckled
"What's his kind?" Stella asked "And what is this banquet you're talking about?"
"Right, he can't tell you that, oh if Andrius wants to go to the banquet too, I think they'll give him an exception, since he's still technically one of you after he switched bodies after faking his death" El said "No wonder we can no longer sense him, his soul switched bodies, he technically died, not a lot of people can do that"
"Where's Azlin so that we can kick his ass?" Jasper asked
"Well, your next elevator trip will take you to him, but be careful" El warned "You'll be fighting on a field of flames and lava, some may even think that it's like fighting on the surface of the sun"

"But I feel like he has underestimated your strength, he's in his mortal form which is definitely strong, but going against several celestials will definitely not be in his favor" El laughed "But even after this, a few gods will interfere with your journey, your next portal will not bring you home"
"Um, thanks El, hopefully, I'll live long enough to meet you again"

Well we opened the door out of Beelzebub's room, but the door didn't lead us into the hallway and instead is the inside of the elevator. We entered and and got out weapons out or in my case, shaped aura into a sword form as a weapon. I clicked the button and we arrived at the 6842th floor, the moment the door opened, waves of flames burst through the door directed at us which I used my ring to absorb as much of the flames as I can.
My ring tried to absorb as much as it could but the flames exploded inside the elevator blowing us all up. After the attack, Jasper use his smoke magic to manipulate the smoke caused by the earlier attack and let us see what's in front of us which is a man who's body is made of flames.
Fun fact, Jasper's other magic attribute is wool, which me and my bonds find really funny, but it doesn't seem useful to use it against a burning god.
"If you are fated to stop us the most, then I better kill you before you grow too powerful" Azlin said
The ground in front of us are red cracked rocks which flames sometimes randomly burst out of them and there are rivers of lava.
Maska then got out of the elevator and jumped towards Azlin and swing his axe that is clad with aura which goes straight through the gods body. Once he realized that regular physical attack doesn't work, he then use his sand magic to summon a giant sandstorm.
As planned, I then activated the void of eternal dreams and rush to deactivate the effects on Stella, Jasper and Maska.
<Just how strong will I be when I defeat them? Heh, now that Dream eater merged with me, I'll also be able to evolve like the sword>
