I woke up to the sound of birds chirping, today was a new day. I got out of bed and tried to find my slippers, but only to fail and fall.
*thud*
A knocking and a voice followed afterwards
"Natasha, are you okay over there?"
"Y-yes, I'm okay..."
"Alright then, come to the table when you're done"
The voice just now was my Mother's brother, or Uncle. We met one day after the accident and it's almost two weeks since. He's name is Fais Adapis and is the older brother of mom. He is the only relative I have left, since Father was the only child. And both grandparents from both sides are dead.
I slowly walked towards the table that Uncle has prepared.
"Let me help you sit down"
"Thank you..."
Even though he's my Uncle, I'm still shy since no one other than my parents treated my this way. We started eating and talked a little bit, until..
"It must be hard on you, since you lost both your parents at such a young age. *sigh* I still can't believe my sister died before I did, She was still young..."
I could feel the emotion he's feeling right now. The mood is quite depressing...
"I'll go open up the Shop, could you do me a favour and clean up after you finish, it seems there's already a line outside"
"Okay"
Though I could not see it with my eyes but once after uncle opened the door, the silent store became lively.
"Could I get a Mocha please?"
"Coming right up!"
"I want a Espresso and some pancakes"
"Anything else?"
"I'll get the Cinnamon bun...."
...
..
"Phew~, so many costumers today"
"Yes, maybe there's an event going on?"
"I hope not, since it'd be tiring if this continues"
After I finished cleaning the dishes, we closed up the shop. I went to my room and opened the windows, the city night breeze felt nice.
'I wonder what the outside world looks like'
Slowly drowsiness filled me, and I slowly made my way to the bedroom.
