Chapter 10: The Power of the Solar Beam
"Tessia, Are you prepared for facing off against uncle Brock," I asked Tessia, as She looked somewhat nervous.
"yes, I guess!!" She replied.
"Well, to be honest, I am really jealous of you Tess. You know, as you are gonna be competing against the Kanto's Greatest Rock-type Trainer, and all!!" I said this because, I wanted to say, How incredible the advancement and experience will be. But, I am a little jealous too, hehe.
"don't worry Kai, I will win against the Greatest Rock Trainer in Kanto, and make you feel more jealous, hehe!" Tessia's confidence boosted up, after saying those lines. But really though, If She wins against Brock, Then her ranking will skyrocket as she will be in the mid of 100,000.
So, it's decided then, after Tessia Battles, I will challenge Uncle Brock to a ranking battle. So I can also get some more Rankings, and my buddy Pigiotto will have a chance to battle against Brock's well-trained Pokemon.
"Pikachu"

The match began.
Salvadore acted as the Battle's referee.
"Alright, This Gym is one going by Pokemon Master tournament rules. The Challenger should bring out 3 Pokemon and can Change their pokemon at will. While The Gym leader cannot (They can use 3 or 1, without a change in the middle). No items, unless the items are held items and can be used by the Pokémon themselves. mega evolution, Z-Moves, Dynamaxing, G-Maxing are all allowed. No attacking the opposing trainer." Salvadore said these rules, and They started to prepare Their pokeballs.
"Three, two, one,.....Fight" Salvadore Shouted.
Both Brock and Tessia, Sent out their pokemon.
"Butterfree!! I choose you!!" Tessia Sent ButterFree, huh. Good Choice.
"Graveler!! I choose you!!" Uncle Brock sent Graveler.
I quickly took out my pokephone and opened dex for looking at the Data on Graveler.

-> Detailed info: Graveler is a bipedal, boulder Pokémon. Its round body is covered with small bumps and it has a rocky crest above its small eyes and mouth. It has four arms, each with a three-fingered hand. Its second pair of arms is typically kept tucked against its chest. It was shown in Pokémon Snap that, despite having legs, it can revert to a legless form. This grants it the ability to float.
Graveler's preferred locomotion is rolling, specifically, because it is a slow walker. It often rolls down mountain paths at high speeds exceeding 60 mph, crushing objects in the way and stopping by running into huge rocks should it build up too much speed. However, it will explode if it rolls into a river instead. Graveler is known to be generally free and uncaring, not minding if pieces of itself break off, as it has the ability to restore itself over time. Graveler climbs a mountain from base to summit, feasting on rocks all the while. Upon reaching the peak, it rolls down to the bottom. Graveler lives in horizontal holes that they gouge out in sheer cliff faces.
In the Alola region, Graveler looks similar to its regular counterpart, but with a silvery sheen. It lacks defined digits on its upper limbs and has two toes on each foot rather than three. There are several small, yellowish crystals scattered across its body and iron sand attracted by magnetism. This black sand creates crystal-like formations above its eyes, across the tops of the upper pair of arms, and on the sides of its face. Alolan Graveler feeds on dravite, which creates the yellow crystals on its body and grants it electrical abilities. It often fights with others over food, and when two smash together, it creates a flash of light and a booming sound; for this reason, people refer to it as "the fireworks of the earth". Similar to its Kantonian counterpart, Alolan Graveler also roll down mountain paths; however, instead of flattening obstacles as it rolls, it sends them flying by zapping them with electricity.

While seeing the Data on Graveler, The Match Started and was Going on pretty well.
Tessia's Butterfree is totally trained by Tessia and my research on training Bug Type pokemon. I first handedly saw, how Tessia Trains every time with her Pokemon.
"Graveler, Roll out!!" uncle Brock commanded. "Grav.."
"Butterfree, Dodge It!!, And use Sleeping Powder!!" Tessia comanded. "f..r.ee...ee.."
oh!! Tessia Made the Wrong decision This time. Well, let's see.
"Graveller!! Mud Bomb!!" Brock Smiled.
"Grav...llerrr". Graveler used mud Bomb, And it was a Direct Hit on Butter Free. Which also Made Butterfree faint.
"Butterfree is unable to battle, gym leader brock gets the Round!!" Salvadore announced.
"Return butterfree!!, You did great, now take some rest. Ivysaur, I choose you!!" Tessia sent Out Ivysaur.
She definitely has a type advantage here. but, Let's see, How it turns out.
"Ivysaur huh!! Well, whatever type you choose, A gym leader always will be prepared for the battle. Graveler!! Use magnitude 10!!" Uncle Brock commanded.
What!! he trained his Graveler to control the limit of magnitude. Is that even possible?. Normally A Magnitude attack varies on the scale when the Pokemon uses it. But it was completely awesome. If that graveler can control the magnitude level, then we can clearly see how well trained that Graveler is.
"Ivysaur use vine whip to hold on the Magnitude!!" Tessia commanded."ivy..saar"
Well, It's a good idea to hold on to something when a Massive earthquake (I meant the Magnitude attack).
the Magnitude accrued correctly at the rate of 10. But ivysaur held on to the sides which made it to be safe.
"Ivysaur!! use Gyro Ball!!" Tessia commanded.
"Graveler!! Mud Bomb!!" Uncle Brock commanded.
Both the attacks got hit with each other. Apparently, the Mud Bomb was more effective than the Gyro Ball, so it passed through the Gyro Ball and Hit Ivysaur.
"Ivysaur!!! are you okay? can you continue fighting??" Tessia was concerned about ivysaur
Ivysaur stood up, It started to absorb the Sunlight.
Uncle Brock saw that and Commanded, "Graveler, Use Roll out!!"
Graveler started to roll towards Ivysaur. ivysaur never moved one bit. Tessia had a feeling that Ivysaur has some plan. At the time when Graveler reached near Ivysaur, suddenly, a bright beam of Light was Produced through its bud and hit directly at graveler.
The attack was a Solar beam.
"Ivysaur!! Wow, you learnt Solar beam!!" Tessia Was happy to see That Attack from Ivysaur.
Graveler Fainted
"Graveler is unable to battle!! Challenger Tessia takes the Round" Salvadore announced.
And they continued their Battle.
uncle brock sent his Ninetails next. and Tessia choose, he newly caught Poliwag.
The Match Started and continued...
The battle was again won by Tessia and poliwag. She was So cool when she and Poliwag fought Ninetails.
"well, It seems you have luck on this day!! Steelix I choose You!!" Uncle Brock Sent his Steelix. Apparently, it was the same Steelix That I fought, So I concluded, That was loaned To Salvadore to battle against me.
Tessia took back her Poliwag and Sent her Ivysaur.
"Steelix!!! use Rock Tomb!!!" Uncle Brock Commanded.
"Ivysaur Dodge it and use Solar Beam!" Tessia commanded.
Ivysaur dodged The Rock Tomb and started to gather The sunlight.
"Steelix, Use Rockslide!" Uncle Brock commanded.
When The Rocks came hitting Ivysaur, It stopped The gathering of Sunlight and Tried to evade the Attacks. But unfortunately, it got hit.
Tessia and Ivysaur teamed up pretty well, But they didn't do any attacks and they only started to evade all the attacks.
Even though Steelix has a Type disadvantage with Ivysaur, It was trained and Commanded pretty well.
At one point, Ivysaur pushed itself hard to win against Steelix. suddenly, a Bright light focused and the Ivysaur started to evolve.
There was a squat, quadrupedal Pokémon with bumpy, blue-green skin. It had small, circular red eyes; a short, blunt snout; and a wide mouth with two pointed teeth in the upper jaw and four in the lower jaw. On top of its head are small, pointed ears with reddish-pink insides. It has three clawed toes on each foot.
Apparently, Ivysaur evolved into a venusaur.
I immediately took my Pokephone to see the data on venusaur.

->Venusaur is a large, amphibian-like Pokémon that is somewhat similar in appearance to its pre-evolved forms, Ivysaur and Bulbasaur.
->Venusaur absorbs sunlight to gain energy and to feed its flower, located on its back. After gaining a certain amount of sunlight, the flower will release a sweet aroma said to soothe the emotions of people. Additionally, after a rainy day, the smell of the flower's aroma grows stronger, attracting other Pokémon.
The power of Gigantamaxing has made Venusaur's flower bloom so large that it covers the Pokémon's body. The flower's petals are extremely thick and springy enough to repel halfhearted attacks. During the battle, the Pokémon uses these petals as a shield and swings its two thick vines around to attack its target.
The flower on the Pokémon's back spews so much pollen that it resembles a volcanic eruption. Inhaling the pollen can cause uncontrollable sneezing, and breathing in too much of it can even cause fainting. However, the pollen also stimulates plant growth. Places where the pollen falls are said to grow thick with large plants.

Tessia and Venasaur became fired up and continued their battle
"Well!! Venasaur Lets show them the power of the Solar Beam!!" Tessia sounded.
Steelix was pretty tired of attacking the former Ivysaur (now venusaur).
So Steelix only moved towards the Venasur for attacking.
Uncle brock had a Faint smile on his face and said, "Steelix!!! use rock tomb!!"
Steelix used Rock Tomb, but Venasur absorbed the sunlight and dodged the attack at the same time.
It stood on the Rock that was thrown and shot its solar beam towards steelix.
It was a Direct Hit.
Steelix Fainted.
"Papa!! It seems Mama won the Battle!!" Kai-Lucario came out of its Pokeball and started to praise Tessia while standing near me.
"Hey!! if you want to see the Battle, you could come out at the starting itself right, Lucario!!" I asked Kai-Lucario.
"Yes, I sensed the battle with my aura," he said.
"Pika..chuu"
"It seems, You really are a Badass!! haha!! sensing something with only your aura!. I wonder, How many lucarios can do this sensing this much intense. You are really great buddy." I said.
"Thanks, Papa. this is all thanks to you. If you and Pikachu didn't train me like this, I would have still been a Riolu!!.." He said.
"haha"
'Pika Pika!!"
