Chapter 2: No more happy

Mom can I spend my summer holidays with Aunt Dian? Emily asked her mom who was now descending the stairs in a hurry. Emly stood there emotionless thinking maybe things will be different today and she might tell her not to go since it was her birthday but who was she kidding this has been happening for the past 16yrs of her life and it wasn't gonna change just the dreams where you wake up and they tell you it's ok and that it is just a dream. And everything is going to be ok. The moment Emly didn't receive an answer and was instead asked if she had passed the latter test. She knew her family was never going to be the same and they would be no more happy. Stacy come on we are gonna be late for our meeting. There he was Emily's dad adding fuel to the already burning flame. All his life all he has ever talked about was work. He forgot his daughter's birthdays, graduations, and everything concerning Emily yet he still remembers to go to work on time. How Emily wished she could tie them up and teach them how to be parents, how unfortunate that Emily really wasn't that type of kids. She was the shy, reserved and quiet type. But beneath every bud there sure is a crack. And Emily's was she never tolerates non sense. Well it didn't take long for her parents to leave for the one place she hated the most THE BRISSEL COMPANY. it took away all their happiness as a family and her parents work day and night to prove they are worthy of ownership. And that took away their happiness.
