Chapter 30: Chapter 30 so much drills
Inside the room , Jason seated in the chair close to the desk in the corner of the room , he is reading the test book given to them by the Mecha developing teacher.
he skimmed through it with his eyes just to see if it is as interesting as his father's science researches .
after skimming through the book for over an hour , he stoped to check his watch , when he checked ,it is already the time for combat practice , so he left the book and walked to the door in the room .
while walking , he tried to remember everything he read, he wasn't expecting to remember ,at least, the content of first two pages .
' wow I was able to remember these informations , from just skimming through that test book , I remembered stoping in the 34th page , but it is not bad if I can remember the first two pages ' he thought to himself .
He walked as fast as he could to the classroom .
" sigh,," he sighed in relief when he saw that captain Zach is not in the class , which meant that he isn't late at all .
" good afternoon class , sorry for been late ... " Just as he was about having his seat , he heard the voice of the teacher .
The student greeted captain Zach as soon as they heard his voice .
captain Zach is putting on the normal military trouser , with a black shirt and
black boots to match .
" today's lesson is a little bit different , I am the only one taking this class , another teacher will be taking you as well, but temporarily , he is only helping me I have something to do in the president union office , hope you bear with me " captain Zach said .
" i hope he will be friendly as captain Zach "
" I hope he won't be like that Mecha developing teacher "
" hope he won't be handsome as captain Zach "
the student started whispering to each other , until captain Zach spoke up.
" well well, let's not use the first hour for gossips , let get to what brought us here today "
With his words the student readied their selves by sitting up to listen attentively to captain Zach .
" today's topic is agility , I will be telling you the secret of how to be agile , and the right thing to do enhance your agility ,and what it takes to be agile ... "
" Agility or nimbleness is an ability to change the body's position efficiently and requires the integration of isolated movement skills using a combination of balance, coordination, speed, reflexes, strength and endurance " captain Zach started by giving the introduction of agility."
" I will be giving several exercises that will enhance your agility , the first one is plyometric jumps, as the future soldiers and protectors of this country,you have to be used to certain exercise which might be hard sometimes "

This advanced agility training exercise is essential for any athletic position that requires lateral coordination and power. For best results, be sure to perform this drill after a thorough warm up "
after the plyometric jumps , he gave other exercise to increase ones agility and the right explanations .
he named other exercise like , high-knee drills , side-to-side drills , dot drills , and L dirlls , all these exercise sounds funny to the ear of the students .
" So much drills " the student complained at the sound of the various drills.
But when they heard about the various ways and benefit of the following drills - they were very surprise to the fact that drills exercise can really boost their agility .
' well , agility is good , I am happy I get to increase mine without exercising ,all I need is to level up , earn enough X-coins and complete daily quest ' Jason thought to himself felling lazy about the whole drill stuff .
" I guess my one hour is over , I will inform the next teacher that i am done , he will be here shortly " captain Zach said before walking out of the class hurriedly .
some of student also waited patiently for their next teacher , while others started gossiping , soon , the class became noisy .
