Chapter 2: Uhm, Where am I?
'Aaah, I'm dead again' is the first thing I thought after the explosion occured.
At least I can meet the lovely goddess Eris-sama and wait for Aqua to cast [Ressurection] and I came back to Axel. Hmm? Wait, is this room flooding? Eh? Am I drowning? Where is Eris-sama?
"!!!!!" Ah, shot, the water, I can't breath, ugh-.
As I though I'm gonna dead again not more than 2 minute after I came here, I feel like something pulled me upward. Alright, I must keep my breath. Come on! I can see the water surface ahead, just around less than ten meters.
*Splash!
*Bhughhh!!
*Chough *chough *chough
"Hhhaaaaa- haaaa- haaaa *inhale~ Haaaaah~, I'm alive-!"
Not gonna lie, that was the first time I drank some liter of sea water and I don't recommend that. Wait, sea water? After I regain some of my senses, I heard someone talking near me.
"Uuuh~ can we eat this thing?" A high pitched alarm like voices said something scary there.
"Hmmm, I think- we can't, isn't he a human being?" You tell her, girl.
"Aaaargh, Paimon really hungry now, what if Paimon become thinner because she can't fill her belly?" What the hell.
"I have one apple, catch it Paimon." What a kind girl.
After calming myself, I sat down on the sandy beach and tried to ask them.
"Uhm, pardon me, where is this?" Why I sounds like someone who have amnesia.
"Are you asking the name of the world or the nation?" said the gentle voiced girl.
"*munch-munch-munch-munch"
"Shut up! Eat first then talk! Don't do both of them! Uh my bad- wait, world?"
"*gulp, this is Tevyat, the world where the seven archon ruled this world." said the chibi(?) flying mascot(?) after munching the whole apple.
"Ah, so this isn't Axel huh, but how? Am I thrown to another world from another world?"
"Eh? So you are an outlander too?" said the gentle girl with a surprised face, cute.
"I don't know what the outlander is, but what I'm really sure is I am not from this world."
"Outlander is like a title to someone who is not from this world, like otherworlder traveler." said the chiby maskot.
"Is that so? By the way, should we introduce ourselves?" I should asked this thing from the start, it's not my fault tho.
"Ah, I forgot about that, my name is Lumine an outlander too like you."
"Paimon is Paimon" said the chi- Paimon.
"My name is Satou Kazuma, just Kazuma is fine and thank you for saving me before."
"No, it's fine, by the way, are you fine drenched like that? Are you not cold?" said Lumine with worried expression, what a good girl.
"Ah this is fine, wait a second [Create Water]" I pour the water to my whole body to wash the sand and salt water.
"Eh? Hydro vision user? but-" said Paimon but I'm still not done yet.
"[Wind Breathe] + [Tinder]" I use another magic to dried my clothes.
"Three element?" what's wrong with Paimon? Is magic quite uncommon in this world? And, Hydro vision user?
"Fuh~ not really clean but better. Now that I think about it, are both of you tried to catch some fish earlier?"
"Yeah, we haven't ate any decent meal for some days, but I don't know if fishing is really hard." said Lumine while looking down.
"Yeah, Paimon want to eat too." so that apple is not enough for that small body huh.
"Here, give me the fishing rod, let me get some fish for you two. Hmm, what a weird fishing hook, but this is going to works. Hey Paimon, can you give me the apple's remains?"
"Uhn, here" she is really cute when docile.
"Here we go! *plump, usually it takes some times but-"
*Splash "I learned this skill how to attract fish from my friend back there, hup!"
"Oooooi! How can you catch fish that fast! It takes almost a hour for us to get something but we catch you instead!" said the mascot in frustation and Lumine nodded like a metal head.
"Hup! Hup! Yosh! Nah, it just my LUCK status is quite hig- nevermind. Let's cook the fish, I'm quite hungry too."
"*nod, let me gather the dried wood, Paimon, can you gather some dried leaves?"
"Ou! You can count on Paimon!" it seems both of them pretty close with each other. I miss my party member somehow.
While both of them gathering some dry woods and leaves, I clean and thrown its innards and scales with the sea water. I don't have any salt so I hope salt water is fine.
After some minutes, Lumine and Paimon came back with a lot of woods and leaves. I prepared the fish and, [Tinder], grill the fishes.
That was satisfying, if there were some black pepper, chilli and soy sauce it would be great. Beggar cannot be chooser.
"By the way Paimon, is there any nearby city from this place?"
"There is! Follow Paimon!"
While we follow Paimon from behind, I asked a lot of things to Lumine. She said she lost her twin brother and trying to find him while traveling with Paimon. What a strong girl.
Paimon said Lumine should touch the pillar like thing with the eerie red crystal on top of it. After she touched it, the red eerie colour becom the gentle blue.
"What is this pillar for?" I asked because I quite curious.
"Oh, it is like a teleport waypoint, so we can teleport here with ease."
