Chapter 24: 24. Inferno-Thunder-Space Mage.
Sunny watched as Gobuta's body decomposed into light motes and disperse ten seconds after his tragic death.
He then went forward and picked up drops and examined them.
'Some coins, 100 ml goblin blood, and Gobuta's heavy ax. These things will be enough to recover the cost of [Wind Slicer Token].' He thought happily inside his mind.
Although he had already looted more than a few hundred Gold Coins earlier and his wealth will increase by a large amount after filling his inventory with the scattered treasures in the room, who he is to say no to more wealth?
Keeping the drops from Gobuta in the inventory, Sunny closed the stone door and hastened to pick up all types of token-shaped things in the surrounding into his inventory.
From the thirty minutes window, about seven minutes had already passed by now. He had to leave lest the Goblin guards outside lose their patience and come inside the treasure cave to check.
"Warning! Unable to store items in the Inventory. Inventory is full. Please upgrade your Inventory for more space."
Sunny stopped his actions after listening to Aurora's warning. He looked around and noticed that only some herbs were lying around. Everything else is already stored.
Just three minutes had passed after Gobuta's demise. Sunny quickly commanded Aurora to show details of any S-grade items in his inventory.
Two holographic panels with details of two items popped up in front of his eyes. Sunny just glanced at their names, closed the panels with thought, and started making his way over to the cavity passage.
Of the two-item details that popped up, one belonged to the [Exp Boost Token]-S that he got from the SSS Achievement rewards.
The other panel displayed the detail of the item [Inferno-Thunder-Space Mage Token]-S. This is what Sunny came for, risking a precious [Death Penalty Negation Token] by invading the goblin territory.
Although everything till now proceeded smoothly, the risk of dying was quite high. And he still has to successfully leave the mountain range in one piece.
Sunny quickly crawled through the cavity and came outside the hill behind the trees. He quickly downed a [Stealth Potion] and checked around for any presence of the patrol team.
Upon finding the surroundings empty of any presence, he descended the hill with just enough speed to not raise any commotion.
An hour later, Sunny finally came out of the Mahayana Mountain range. He looked back in the direction of the Goblin race's base and sprinted toward the direction of Indraprastha City.
Upon reaching the city forty-seven minutes after exiting the Mahayana Mountain range, Sunny quickly went to the Noble Sector and went into a slightly luxurious five-story inn called Monzen Inn.
He booked a good quality single room which comes with sound isolation and better privacy facilities for one day by paying ten Gold Coins to the owner of the inn. The price is a lot higher than the market section, where one can stay in any reputable inn for a week at the price of just one Gold Coin.
Sunny felt a little pinch in his heart at the extravagant spending but he needed a secure place for his next course of action. Well, as secure a luxurious public inn can give at the moment.
He followed a waiter to the fourth floor to his room. After checking the room he tipped the waiter a Silver Coin and told him to not disturb him.
After sending the waiter away he locked the door. The room consisted of a hall room, a bathroom, and a bedroom.
Sunny shut every window and closed the bathroom and bedroom doors before sitting on the mat placed in the middle of the hall room.
He took the [Upgrade Token]-SSS in his left hand and held below it the [Inferno-Thunder-Space Mage Token]-S in his right hand. Then, he crushed the token in his left hand.
"Player Chaos 273 has used the item [Upgrade Token]-SSS. Please select an item of SS or below grade as the target item."
A notification came from Aurora. Upon hearing its content, Sunny chose the token in his right hand.
"The target item is [Inferno-Thunder-Space Magic Token]-S, Aurora."
The S grade token started floating in the air from his hand and glowed with bright golden light. The whole living room lit up and if not for the closed doors and windows, the whole inn would have lit up.
A few moments later, the token slowly stopped glowing and fell on his hand. Sunny quickly checked its attribute.

Effect 1: The user will be able to use Inferno, Thunder, and Space elements. <(The user will get one element as their main element from the three elements viz. Inferno, Thunder, and Space randomly.)>
Effect 2: The restriction of the main and secondary elements is removed. <(The restriction of the secondary element is decreased to 25%.)>
Effect 3: The user will directly start from C grade. <(The user will directly start from E grade.)>
Note: Upon reaching S grade (the item limit before upgrade), the user will unlock the conditions to advance beyond S grade.

In his past life, the guild that obtained this token had foolishly auctioned it for IRL currency. A second-generation rich profligate had bought this class token by spending twenty-eight million ⨄⨭.
While Class Advancing, he had gotten the Inferno element as his main element. With just Inferno-Element he had destroyed an A-Class Guild alone. The guild was the type that didn't have any player in the top 50, but they still had twelve players in the top 100 from different rankings.
This time, because of the unexpected gain of the [Upgrade Token]-SSS Sunny will be even more powerful in the future than that second-gen rich player.
With Inferno element, he will have amazing AOE skills. Many devastating single-target skills belong to the Thunder element. While the Space element skills are mostly crowd-control, escaping, and perception type.
Sunny will have every type of skill a damage-oriented mage desires. AOE skills, single-target skills, crowd-control skills, escaping, and perception. And because of Effect 2, all three elements can be upgraded simultaneously without any extra resources cost.
The difference between the main and secondary elements of a mage is the restriction placed on the two secondary element's skills.
The skills of the main element can be leveled up normally.
While the skills of a secondary element consume 50% more resources to level up. If 'Fire' is one of the secondary elements then the skill *Fireball* takes 50% more resources to level up.
Instead of leveling up from level 1 to level 2 after executing the skill twenty times, it takes thirty execution. Instead of taking 2 Skill Points to increase the skill level from 1 to 2, it takes 3 Skill Points.
Originally, the S grade item [ITS Mage Token] should have reduced the restriction on secondary elements from 50% to 25%.
But, after it got upgraded to an SSS grade item, the restriction was fully removed.
At the time of the Class Advancement Ceremony, players have to defeat ten randomly summoned E grade monsters within a certain time frame to receive a grade on their class. Before that every player is gradeless.
Sunny didn't have to fight any monsters. He will be directly be promoted to C grade. The advantages it would bring at the time will bring a significant boost to his overall combat power.
As for the condition for the upgrade after he gets to S grade, that's still a long way to go. Sunny didn't put much thought into it.
After the matter of class token settled down, he began to examine his loot gained from this short adventure with an excited look on his face.
Only at a time like this can one see more expression on Sunny face. Too bad he is alone in a locked room.
He earned seven hundred and fifty-six (756) Gold Coins from Gobuta's secret treasure stash. Then there were several ore chunks like [Gold-Iron]*4, [Rainbow-Copper]*2, [Spirit-Ruby]*3, etc. He got twelve different types of ore, each one had two to five pieces of chunks.
If he sells these things to blacksmiths at the smithy another huge sum of money will be earned. But, he decided to keep these ores for now.
The remaining grids of his inventory were occupied by tokens glowing with different lights and some herbs. There were sixty different types of tokens and twenty different herbs.
Among the sixty tokens, forty-seven of them were of C-grade. While the remaining thirteen were of B-grade.
Sunny decided to sell all the C-grade tokens after going through their details once. Some were one-time-use items that he didn't need or can't use due to various reasons, some were class advancement tokens, etc.
He also decided to sell all twenty herbs as he can't do anything with them. With his inventory sorted out, Sunny left the inn room and went to the Market Sector.
His destination? The Auto-Auction House.
