Chapter 354: Not living in a society
It doesn't take long for Tsunoda to spill his guts, giving up everything he knew about Shido and their new group that'd be called the 'Will of Humanity', pretty dumb considering they eat people... Michael's joke of 'The Will to Eat Humanity' crashed and burned with his audience though.
Regardless, everyone was pretty conflicted on what to actually do, Michael was determined to wipe out those douchebags anyway, as slavery and rape were two things he wouldn't ever allow, even ignoring it would be him condoning its existence, so his plan for the near future was already decided.
Takashi and Rei were also heavily in favour of storming the Will of Humanity's headquarters, the simple fact that their families might be suffering under their hands was enough to push them from athletic yet ordinary students to those willing to kill and do whatever is necessary for their safety and the survival of their loved ones.
Saeka and Kohta were also eager to go ahead, the former for obvious reasons and the latter because he wanted to use his guns on live targets, as well as get back at those who'd bullied him all through school. This was the one instance of a moral school shooter, as morbid as it sounded.
Shizuka and Saya were neither for nor against it, one being an airhead who felt a responsibility to protect the 'kids' as the single adults around, and one not really having anywhere else to go.
With their plan of action decided, all that was left to do now was deal with Tsunoda, who was still hanging from his leg...
"So, kill him?" Michael questions aloud, wondering where the others would stand on it.
Takashi nods, "Yeah, no point letting scum like him live to hurt more people. We're being kind enough to kill him quickly, especially compared to what he's done to others."
Rei agrees wholeheartedly with this, raising her rifle towards the teen, "W-WAIT N-NO-NO-NO!-"
*BANG!*
The teen's body goes limp as the back of his head is blown out by the bullet, covering the wall behind him in blood and grey matter. The shadow hand drops the lifeless body and Michael claps his hands together, "Now with that taken care of, let's go kill us some cannibals."

The ride over to the business district is a tense one. It's not every day these teens head into what would become a warzone, even if they trusted Michael's abilities, the risk of death was high, probable even.
That didn't stop people from questioning Michael as if he were a human dictionary. Everyone asked questions about how his magic worked, if it was similar to so and so fiction, what the limitations were, etc. All the queries about magic they'd built up while resting in the Takagi estate...
By the time they reached the outskirts of the business district the sky was becoming dim, with nightfall quickly closing in. While this would give them an advantage with stealth, it'd also make it easy for people to sneak up on them... Not that Takashi wanted to just storm the place with guns blazing. Despite their atrocities, he wanted to try and negotiate, not with Shido, but with the other survivors who might have compunctions with how the group had been acting.
Michael was completely against this, of course, calling it stupid and reckless, but Takashi was backed by Shizuka, Kohta, and Saya... Rei didn't vote either way as, despite her hatred for Shido, the risk of her mother getting harmed in the crossfire was there.
He didn't have to go ahead with their dumb plans however, electing to do his own thing while they risked their lives on something retarded. In the meantime, he'd sneak inside and have a look at just how fucked up Shido and his buddies have been acting.

"Will you be alright, infiltrating that place alone?" Saeko warily asks as Michael prepares to leave.
He shrugs, "Look, if there was any risk of me dying then I'd just elect to wipe out everyone and pick through what's left... Plus, I have magic, so, yeah. Don't worry about it and do your own thing." he says as he slides an ebony dagger into its sheath on his hip.
"But-" she begins again but Michael holds a hand up, interrupting her, "I know what you wanna say but you need to focus on yourself right now. Your horny ass won't stop you from getting shot, so don't be a retard and run at them with a sword."

"Are you two done yet?" Rei asks as she approaches them, "Because we can hear the awkwardness from over there."
Saeko squints her eyes and huffs at her, "If you wish to speak about awkwardness, Miss Miyamoto, perhaps you should look to yourself and your boyfriend that you cuckolded."
Rei doesn't manage to give her reactionary retort as she chokes on her spit, never before having her situation so brutally fingered. "T-that's-"
"Fucking hilarious? Oh, and incredibly depressing?" Michael finishes for her, "And yes, I'll try find your and Takashi's parents, so stop asking."
...
Rei bites back the angry insults that bubble in her throat before turning and going back to the others.
"If you survive we'll talk later, cya." Michael says, sending a slight wave at Saeko before disappearing, utilising his Cloak and Dagger invisibility to give him the absolute advantage against the mundane survivors.
In a magicless world, this ability was pretty busted... Unless they had advanced technology to spot him out, he could literally just drop bombs all around enemy facilities without anyone being able to stop him. This being a zombie apocalypse, there wasn't anyone who could actually fight against him and survive, not unless they were willing to bring nukes to the table.
"Alright Darth, let's get going... And no killing until I give the signal."
"At your will, Master." the shadow hand answers as it manifests from a shadow in the crook of Michael's neck.
