At the center of the vast forest known as the North Forest or the Sarion Forest a large wasteland could be seen , unlike the surrounding green trees that were full of life this area was filled with only the smell of blood and death , the tree stumps that remained standing were nothing more than dry , brown , lifeless husks . multiple craters could be seen all over the area indicating that a massive battle had taken place , but now the area was quiet , deathly quiet , so quiet that even the crickets refused to make their annoying sounds.
After a few minutes something finally moved in the ashes , slowly but surely a humanoid figure could be seen rising from a blanket of corpses of both soldiers and monsters , it looked female due to the long bloody red hair , her petite figure looked around as tears built up in her eyes , she seemed not to have enough strength to stand up but forced herself to.
" Stella , Mike , Sam ". using most of the strength she could gather she said in a barely audible tone , more tears built up in her eyes , tears began falling from her eyes.
" Mike * sob * Stella * sob * Sam . . GUYS where are you please anyone ". she fell down to her knees and began crying.
" GONE everyone is gone * sniff * dead they are all dead * sniff * ". she went on and one muttering those lines over and over again , the sun had started coming up and the morning rays touched her revealing her petite bloodied figure drenched in blood , sweat and tears.
" Please ". she said softly before fainting over the corpses.
After she had fainted multiple individuals could be seen riding through the forest at incredible speeds most of them had pointed ears but they were not as long as elf ears.
And as expected the fight that occurred last night attracted alot of attention mostly from the higher-ups of the world , the Sorcerers Dynasty was in a state of panic themselves as they could not determine the cause of phenomenal , various countries neighboring Sarion also noticed it and sent people to check on it , the Demon Lords were also in the same situation since they couldn't use divination at the moments notice and several other people were also in the same situation.
In the east a rather handsome man with golden blonde hair was sitting on a throne inside a majestic palace with a blue haired beauty by his side was amused by the news when a messenger brought it in , a creepy smile formed on his face after the messenger had left the room.
" What could have caused it I wonder ". he rubbed his hands together , just thinking about it made him both excited and scared , a large portion of the Sarion Forest was destroyed by what appeared to be a massive battle between unknown individuals , to have been able to cause such levels of destruction is only possible for Calamity class individuals or even higher and for one to just appear out of thin air just like that , it's both exciting and scary at the same time , exciting because recruiting the individual will be beneficial to anyone and scary because an enemy might recruit the said individual before him or it's just hostile.
' hmmm , this might be a problem if Guy beats me to it '. the man thought.
" Darling should I go check it out ". the blue haired beauty asked.
" no , don't worry about it , I've already sent someone else ". the man said , he was non other than the Emperor of the Eastern empire Rudra and the blue haired beauty is one of the True Dragons , The Scotch Dragon Velgrynd.
All over the world the news spread like wild fire , the famous Sarion Forest that was known for its dense green canopy now had a large wasteland at it's core and the only surviving witness said it was all done by two individuals which brought back memories of a battle that occurred a thousand years back when Demon Lords Milim Nava and Guy Crimson fought creating a massive wasteland in what used to be a country.
In a dark room , Seven figures sat around a large table all of the individuals gave off a powerful and dangerous presence but they all looked ' nerdy ' up close except for a few.
" So what's the situation ". A large man wearing a small pair of spectacles asked.
" No one survived ". a female voice answered from the corner of the table .
" But what about the half Elf ". another man asked.
" I was told about her before hand and I think she could be of use ". a male voice said.
" are you sure about that Leo or do you just want to fuck her ". another female voice teased making many of the people present laugh except for the man who said the previous sentence and the large man in spectacles.
" Enough ". the large man said " we have a serious problem on our hands , not only have we lost gold research but also good men and if Leo says she can be of use then let her be , but due to this event the world will start to notice our actions so we have to be careful from now on , we might be strong but we are no where near the monsters in this world . . . yet ". his work made all of the people present to quiet down and seriously think for moment.
These people are the Directors of Syndicate , the seven heads or the Council , they are a group of otherworlders who came here accidentally during a test failure on teleportation , though they gained powerful skills among other things that they couldn't explain with all the PhDs they had so most dedicated their lives to research about this world and hopefully find away back home in future hence Syndicate was formed.
While the world was still wondering about the phenomenal the culprit was inside a cave looking at the naked bear girl standing infront of him with his mouth open.
" Good morning master ".
