Finally copy the Ministry, Gringotts, Hogwarts, Diagonalley, and all my properties into the world, also copy london and build gringotts, the ministry, diagonalley and hogwarts into it. Also scale all the buildings by 20x so theres more than enough room for the entire magical population'

'Huh, guess thats good, I will need to set up a governing body though, well thats for later. System can you send a message to all magical beings in this world? Also transport all magical creatures to the new world'

As soon as that notice came it felt like the world got less pure and every wizard, witch, and magical being suddenly became aware of the lack of magic, creating a uproar and emergency summon of the ICW and wizengamot

'That feels really weird, system send a message'

*What would the host like to send and to who?

'Send it to all magical beings left in the world, the message should say, "Magic has been removed from the world, if you would like to live in a new world with magic under a fair and non-corrupt government, press [Yes] below, or if you wouldn't press [No] below. All of you will be given a free standard home in the new world, you all can create businesses and sell things you make or invent, some of you may need to do farming, as you will be the first beings with consciousness in the new world, for one month free food will be provided, after which it will be in your hands. When you get to the new world you will have the option to run for a government office or to vote for an official. You also will be prompted to choose a job, if you choose farmer you will gain a free plot of land and all the things required to farm. Some jobs come with free things to get started and some don't, everyone will start off with 20,000 Galleons and provided access to a store that sells everything for regular price, said store will close after a month and you will be left to your own on things. The government of the new world is one for the entire world and is enforced by magic. Again if you choose not to go you will be forced to live here in a world without magic"'
