Chapter 8: Chapter 7
[A/N:I am very weak in writing romance stuff,so to make it easy for me,I am making the whole magical bonds thing.This doesn't mean your bond will fall in love with you at first sight.The bond could be platonic or love depending on the people in question.
Hadrian will have bonds with Qetsiyah, Freya and Rebekah.]
Centuries passed in blink of an eye and Hadrian was touring around the world,he was in Greece and let's just say he came across an annoying monster
It's a black-winged shapeshifting dream demon from the Greek pantheon,it had a humanoid appearance and an extremely muscled body with dark bat-like wings. It had black eyes, sharp elongated ears, sharp teeth, a multitude of protruding horns and sharp claws.
Hadrian sighed and asked"You just had to enter my mind?"
Oneiroi can enter and control dreams, so much so that they can manipulate what is seen and felt by those under its trawl. Depending on the dream, the Oneiros can manifest physical symptoms and injuries on the person whose dream they inhabit or by the dreamer themselves.
The Oneiroi in question just roared and rushed towards Hadrian,who just cast a Patronus charm and a thin wisp of silver escaped his hand and hovered like mist before him and a fiery stag appear... its body luminous... slashing through the trees... sowing light in the darkness.
The Oneiroi wilt in its wake, but it still tries to push on, as the stag charges on. The light expands and the forest blazing with it. The Oneiroi disintegrated and it's remains were across the moon like ash. The light ebbs. The stag's luminous body flickers.
Hadrian sighed as he sensed someone nearby and from the magical signature it was a witch and a really powerful one.So he spoke up in ancient Greek "I know you are out there come out or I will believe you are enemy?"
Slowly out of the woods came a woman, she was
young and extremely beautiful woman in her 20s with long dark, curly hair and appears to be of Mediterranean descent.She was wearing long, flowing dark violet dresses and sandals.
She spoke up"I am not a threat, just sensed very powerful and pure magic, I was just curious about it."
Hadrian felt his magic react to this woman and it was surprising, he heard about magical bonds.
Hadrian never thought it could happen to him as Death's raspy voice echoed in his head"So you met your first bond mate."
Hadrian mentally questioned"First bond mate?"
Death explained"You have multiple bond mates, it was Fate she set it up for you and it doesn't mean your bond will fall in love with you at first sight.The bond could be platonic or love depending on the people in question."
Hadrian mentally questioned, "Fate is trying to make it up to me."
Death simply replied"Yup,she felt you needed companions,who accept you and are ready to be with you for eternity.Especially since she saw your relationship with those goddess fail."
Death didn't say the fact that some of these women had very miserable life.
Hadrian winced remembering that, he was studying his would me mate asked"So what is your name?"
The stranger smiled and replied, "Qetsiyah, I am a part of the Cassia coven and I was just out looking for some ingredients for a new potion that I am working on."
Hadrian nodded and they started talking about the Patronus charm and about the new potion Qetsiyah was working on.
Qetsiyah was a magic enthusiast and she bonded with Hadrian over different types of magic.
For Hadrian, Qetsiyah was a genius, she was really good at spell creation,potions and ritual magic.
As their relationship progressed, Hadrian opened up to her about the bond and his past, let's just say she was in disbelief and shocked.But with Death's introduction she accepted the bond how could't she this was god in front of her and she also felt the connection from the bond.
