Synopsis

15 chapters in and... nothing.. nothing interesting, No story line, No drama. Nothing just a bunch of random events with no explanation and a boring cold step son and father who barley even exist.
Why is sooo short ? I need more story about them.. I thought the ending is a lil bit rushed.. Cz some question about the notebook, how she transmigration it's leave unanswered.. But i enjoyed this novel very much and can't bear to part
I tried but I couldn't like the protagonist of this story. Maybe it's my sentimental "I" speaking...but I think the character lacks empathy. She doesn't see anything around her but herself. In her mind she is the only real one, while the others are characters in a book, so for her it's not worth the approach, or what happens to them. Yes, she is special. It came to a world created in a book , so far I understand ... But in the world of the book those people are real with pain and joy . So his behavior made me feel bad, especially for the teenager. ( well that is my opinion , i expected something different ... anyway , maybe other people liked it 🙃)
this story has a potential but unfortunately it collapsed on the end. the story was too rushed, it has many unsolved issues. is the author not guilty for leaving us like this? the story's concept was really nice, but i guess i expected too much. i really can't explain how disappointed i am right now. i was expecting to see Lu Bei finally accepting the fl as her stepmother. i was expecting to read some wholesome mother and son moments. and i wanted to see Lu Bei and his father finally communicating properly with each other. the conflict of the story was not even solved and the author just put the story to an end. sigh, i don't recommend reading this book.
This is an easy, relatively short and sweet read with the caveat that it wrapped up very suddenly and left a number of foundational questions unanswered. The male lead and the stepson's characters and the female lead's interactions with them as a mediator were a refreshing shift of focus from many other stories in this genre. I also enjoyed that there was no "handoff" upon transmigration and so our female lead had to figure out the world and her relationships with others on the go. With that said, I find it hard to recommend for two reasons: the female lead's character feels somewhat shallowly developed, and the ending is quite rushed. Despite 170 chapters we never really get a sense of the lead's actual goals/interests, apart from making money. She lacks the curiosity and empathy that I would normally expect to find in such stories, and this made it hard to like her at many points throughout the story because it took a very, very long time to develop meaningful relationships with her husband and stepson. (In contrast, we are told she rapidly befriends minor characters like a teacher, a neighbor, etc.) The other issue is that there were a bunch of somewhat important unanswered questions because it looks like the author dropped the story--so we get hints of a more complicated background story for the female lead and a complex reason for why she got married to the male lead, but they are both really unexplored and the ending thus feels very abrupt.
I am heart broken. This novel has been dropped by the author i was really enjoying this novel. it's quite different from the one usually on the app plus their was so much potential for this story to grow Hopefully the author would pick it up again and continue this story
Initially, I wanted to give 5 stars all around, but due to its rushed and incomplete ending I could not. I was totally invested in the progress and was hoping for closure and finding out the fl true identity. that never happened. this was a beautiful story with lots of potential, however the abrupt ending made me feel annoyed. too many questions were left unanswered.
the idea is great but the execution is not that good, i can't like the MC because she is so mean in some terms, she eat and live in their house but didn't care about her step child at all, so no i don't like it
I love the story so far it's quite refreshing from the other novels the romance in this will definitely be slow, so who want a fast pase story might not enjoy this plus I do like the concept of both ML & FL being older with an age gap(12 yrs)
When I read the first few chapters I was really confused as to what the novel is heading. Although the synopsis is interesting, once I have read it I wondered what path does the FL want. Does she like to be successful in biz and divorce the FL? Does she want to be a mother figure for the stepson? It's because she doesn't seem to care and the updates on the biz is a little slow. Upon checking some reviews seems like this novel only has over 100 chapters before it's completed and it's fine. Tho I hope that this one has a direction so it won't be a waste to read.

I really love this story😍... it's plot was nice but the only regret is that it's ending was too early and kind of boring ..it should have some more episode about him knowing more about her and something like that but anyways it was nice story
‼️SPOILER‼️ . . . . . . . Another good novel to read. I invested my time to the emotional plot, world building and to the characters in the story but what's with the ending? The plot is so great with romance and family being stable but the ending is so rushed. 🥺😭

this is niceee, it's definitely different plot than usual Chinese web novel. Love it! i check, it's only 100 chapter and looking at the translation it's divide into 2 part per chapter so it might end around 200 chapters. pretty short but worth reading so far. ps : i kinda get angry at the fl first since I'm not able to view her way of act, but after thinking about it. if she suddenly being nice and want to get close to her step son and husband, it might look deliberate and sus.
