BECAUSE TRAFFIC WAS BAD, Samuel was only able to come back to the hospital from Jake's condo after at least two hours.

Maybe I should stop drinking, he thinks as his head throbs the moment he stepped out of his car.

The walk towards the room where his father was made his headache worse. It did not help either that some people decided to approach him and bombard him with questions regarding Sawyer which only made him annoyed.

When he was finally able to step inside the hospital room, he was welcomed by the sight of Helena seated on a chair beside the bed where her husband was still unconscious. Two doctors were checking on the man on the bed and shaking their heads repeatedly.

Sawyer was lying down on the couch and looked up the moment he heard the door open, sending a smile to his younger brother.
