Yuki barely dodged another swing of the pig's butcher knife and instantly activated his aura of corruption when he noticed that Rimuru and the others retreated far enough
"GRRRRR" The orc disaster screamed in discomfort as its strong body began sustaining damage but it quickly recovered everything instantly…
"I'm hungry, I will eat you" He yelled before rushing at Yuki and tried to catch him, but Yuki was very slippery by nature and used its huge size to his advantage to dodge its attempts at catching him by running under him or jumping on his back…
'Good, it seems like this is working, eventually he will lose his mind from his unique skill and it will make it much easier for me to deal with him' thought Yuki delighted that his victory was in sight but his hopes were soon squashed as the orc disaster suddenly started eating his very aura of corruption before it yelled into the sky and a green aura covered it….
"No way…" Muttered Yuki as he froze in place… This damn pig, just like that, it gained a resistance to his aura of corruption…
"How's this fair?" he muttered... He had to work hard to gain a skill but these sons of bitches can get them so easily... He was truly jealous while the orc disaster yelled "Chaos eater!" This was a sub-skill of starved one that allowed it to extend dark like tentacles with mouths that allows it to eat and corrode any targets they bite into from a distance…
'Great, this is just what I was lacking… more mouths trying to tear my friend off' thought Yuki who knew full well that he won't be able to dodge all of these tentacles along with the orc disaster's normal attacks so he narrowed his eyes and rushed at him…
4 chaos eaters were launched at him at an Undodgeable speed so he instantly used phantom phasing 'Hopefully this works… it's my only chance at winning this unreasonable fight'
The four chaos eaters bit into his phantom body bringing a smile to Gerd's face. However, different from the pain he expected Yuki to suffer, Yuki instead had a grin on his face as his plan succeeded!
The reason he decided to use phantom phasing instead of dark shield to block the chaos eaters was because they were a dark attribute spell, and dark attributed spells have a chance to empower him during this state! And when he got bit by all four chaos eaters, Yuki suddenly received a notification
[Special attribute of phantom phasing activated. All attributes are increased by +100% for 30 seconds]
'30 seconds are good enough to deal some damage' thought Yuki as he instantly used frozen snare to stun the orc lord before he rushed at him at double his previous speed and immediately used dark strike that was enhanced by his sword aura to chop its head off along with its right hand and deeply injured its left hand.
However, he didn't stop there and kept slashing at it madly as the orc disaster kept regenerating and Yuki used dark strike whenever its cooldown was up!
"Die you fucking pig die!" Yelled Yuki as he kept slashing tirelessly. After getting its brain turned into mush, the orc disaster lost its ability to attack, instead it only kept regenerating passively so it became a battle between Yuki's stamina and the orc's magicules…
Thankfully after one hour of continuous slashing and his sword aura rose by another two levels and his dark strike by one. Yuki finally received the notification he was waiting for
[Quest: Blood and sweat (completed)]
[All abilities and magic shall return to the host]
[Would you like to receive your reward Yes/No]
Yuki didn't care for the reward at all as he fell into a pool full of his sweat and the blood of the orc disaster while his heart filled with relief as he could feel strength returning to his body…
"Yuki! Are you alright?" yelled Rimuru as he landed beside Yuki followed by Shizue and the rest of the Kijin…
Yuki ignored him while Hakurou couldn't help but say in astonishment "I can't believe he beat a demon lord-level monster when under so many disadvantages…"
Shizue raized the head of the tired Yuki slightly so that it doesn't stay on the filthy ground and put it on her lap instead and Yuki couldn't help but think 'Well here's an understanding woman… Unlike that slime asking me such an obvious question when I'm clearly not alright, fuck you Rimuru'
Then Yuki as if he regained some of his strength, pointed at Rimuru before pointing at the orc disaster and said only one word "Eat"
Rimuru stared at the pile of mush and blood in disgust and was about to refuse the offer but he noticed Yuki staring at him with bloodshot eyes and he wasn't going to accept no as an answer
"Do I really have to? Can we at least cook it first?" asked Rimuru and Yuki said through his gritted teeth with a tired voice "I will cook you if you don't eat it right now!"
"Fine Fine" Replied Rimuru startled before he turned into a slime and absorbed the giant orc disaster and retched dramatically as if he could actually taste as a slime…
Shizue giggled slightly at this before she stroked Yuki's now red hair and said "Don't worry us like that again"
Yuki fell silent since this wasn't something in his power as he thought 'As much as I hate this system, I can tell it did this to show me how despite being strong in defense, I was very weak offensively… Maybe gaining this Desperation strike will help me improve in this department…'
"What was that golden energy?" Asked Benimaru the question that was on everyone's mind and Yuki's contemplated slightly before he said "It's the power of something that's going to go to hell one day and rot there"
[You are wrong, that's not your power] Said the system sarcastically
"Fuck off" Replied Yuki to the notification that appeared in front of him but Benimaru thought that he was talking to him and was taken by surprise…
"Oy Yuki, don't talk to Benimaru like that, he's just worried" said Rimuru which annoyed Yuki as he replied "I wasn't talking to Benimaru you idiot, anyways let's go back home, I want to sleep so badly!"
"What about the one behind these events? I'm sure it's not just that Majin Gelmud" asked Rimuru worriedly but Yuki suddenly remember something and said "You dare ask me this when you left him to get eaten after my warning?"
Rimuru had an awkward smile on his face as he kept inching away from Yuki that started to emit a dangerous aura and said "Sorry about that, I didn't expect him to actually do it"
"Why are you moving away from me then? Are you expecting something to happen?" Asked Yuki while the dark aura around him grew stronger but Rimuru knew that he couldn't say yes to such a dangerous question so, despite the struggle in his heart, he ended up shaking his head and said "No, I'm not expecting anything"
Yuki smiled wickedly at this answer and said "Good, come closer then"
"No, No, I want to give you some space" Said Rimuru but Yuki kept staring at him silently until he broke him mentally and Rimuru moved closer to him…
Benimaru and the other Kijin couldn't help but look at each other and think 'This is bullying isn't it?' However, what they didn't know was that their turn was soon coming as well as Yuki punched Rimuru very hard and sent him flying once he got close enough before he turned their attention to them.
"Now then, I'm sure Rimuru wasn't the only one who heard me yelling and did nothing right?"
Benimaru gulped slightly and stood in front of his people to protect them in fear that they might receive the same fate as Rimuru whom they had yet to check if he was still alive or not after that punch and said confidently "We will fight you together if we need to! We Kijin aren't easily bullied!"
Yuki smirked at him slightly before he stared behind him and said "Ohh, how heroic, I wonder who's going to help you though?"
"Hmph, of course all of them will help me—" Benimaru was talking confidently until he turned around and saw that everyone was running away into the distance and he could only hear them yell "Sorry brother, but I need to check on Rimuru-sama" said Shuna and Shion nodded hurriedly after her and said "Yes Yes, me too, It's my duty as his secretary"
"…" Souei remained silent as he vanished into the shadows while Hakurou simply yelled "This is good training for you young master"
Benimaru turned around awkwardly only to find Yuki had stood up from the ground and was staring at him with a cold smirk and asked "Can we talk this through?"
Yuki nodded at him in appreciation "You learn quick, but you should know that this sentence never worked for me" then he sent him flying just like he did to Rimuru, and Benimaru couldn't help but think before he lost his consciousness 'Why do you keep using it then?' Although he would never get his answer...
"Let's go back to the village, I want to rest" Said Yuki to Shizue who nodded at him calmly before he called for Dariun and flew back to his house leaving Rimuru and the others to deal with the mess he left behind…

On the comfort of his own bed and while enjoying a massage from Sacha who heard of what he had just gone through from Shizue, Yuki finally accepted the reward of his mission.

[Desperation strike (1/10): the more situation is not in the host's favor, the more the attack power of this skill increases. Creates an aura from despair that increases the damage by 100%-500% depending on the situation Cooldown: 10 seconds. Consumes: 500 mana ]
'Oh, not bad… At just level 1 it has the potential to increase my damage by up to 500%... And if I could use it coupled with dark strike it would be truly terrifying…' thought Yuki and he couldn't wait to test this skill after he had some rest
'All in all, my gains were quite good… 2 levels increase in my conqueror's Haki, 2 in my sword aura, and one in my dark strike… It's as if this quest had an additional reward of 5 skill points... oh and there's that ability as well...' thought Yuki in delight, although it still worried him why did the system push him this far… and he didn't like what the possible reason for it could be…
