1 year has passed since the gates have opened many people died while others suffered. Many other gates to unknown places started opening after hell had been released. some sort of order seems to be established and hunters are people who hunt monsters. some people can live normally. Some people developed magic powers, because of the gates of mana leaking into the world. Some people developed guilds for people to come together and hunt monsters from other worlds and gather foreign materials. The hunter association manages all hunters and guilds.
Somewhere in America
Siegfried is lazing around in his apartment after he got back he had racked up a lot of debt for not paying rent and other services for the 5 years he vanished. He tried part-time jobs and other jobs. Then he saw something on the wall a poster for hunter recruitment.
"What's a hunter," he said to himself "have you been living under a rock" a man who overheard him said.
"Yes."
"Hunters are people who hunt monsters in foreign worlds before they invade our world and get paid to do it."
He makes his way to the hunter association.
