The sound made the few passersby to stop and check out the expensive car.
It was LAX's latest model TeraWolf X. The car was designed to run both in the city and off-road in the wild.

''I messed up'' the boy knew he had provoked some bigshot.
---Since, the calamity that happened Hundred of years ago. Many space cracks begins to appear all around the world.
Humanity thought their Blue Star was the only planet with living beings, not until now. Blue star was twice the size of earth, as like earth 70 percent of the planet surface is covered with water. The cracks connected the planet to different parts of the universe. Through this cracks numerous ferocious beasts began to pour to the Blue Star.
The beasts were powerful and resilient to modern firearms. Even nuclear power weapons only makes the situation worst by initiating mutation to them. Their havoc killed more than 50 percent of total human population back then.
The beast had many different abilities like some can spew fire, throw balls of condense energy or become invisible. Some can even run or fly fast that was not visible to the naked eye and their physical strength was unparalleled.
As that wasn't enough, the normal flora and fauna of the planet began to evolve. It was due to the viruses coming out from the space cracks from other planets. Some viruses cause evolution by changing the genes sequence, but mostly cause death due to disease cause by the viruses. More people died due to the disease but others become resistant to the virus.
After fighting with the otherworldly beings they were able to kill some of them. When they dissected them they found stones of different size and colors, the stone was made of unknown element not found in their world and was made of pure energy. Using the energy in the stone and building weapons, the humans were able to fend off the enemies for some time.
The government with the new weapon try to venture into the space cracks and there they found a key thing that help the humanity to raise to their current position.
The Awakening Stone.
The awakening stone was a non-reactive matter made of new element known to humanity but it acts as a catalyst to awaken human with superhuman abilities.---

The car door opened and Kai could see a well build boy around the same age(18) as his. The boy was blonde and was wearing sunglasses as he come out of his car.
"***hole!! see what have you done to my car" the blonde boy shouted pointing at the scratch on his car.
' what? you were the one that hit me' said Kai to himself.
" You have to pay for it ***hole" the blonde was furious. This was his father's favourite car and he have taken it without telling him.
'Dad will kill me' the boy was afraid that his father would beat him up for it.
" Brother, but you were the one that hit me" said confused Kai looking at the blonde.The blonde grabbed Kai by the color and stare at him in a disgusting manner.
*thud*
But, what welcome Kai was a suprise punch. The blonde doesn't like any peasant talking back to him.
The suprise punch caught Kai off-guard as he lost consciousness, he didn't even get to know what happened.
" Vic, stop! there are people here" suddenly a blonde girl yelled from the front passengers seat, which made the blonde boy to look around.
" We'll be late if we don't hurry and moreover, he looks like someone from the slums" the girl said mockingly.
Vic looked at the unconscious Kai and said "You're quiet lucky today".
Vic pull out a tablet from his pocket and stuff it in Kai's mouth and said "I would have dealt with you myself".
After that, he take out his phone and dialled a number .
*ring*
After few seconds
[" Hello, young master" ]a male voice come from the other side.
"I have send you the location, come and dump this ***hole deep in the forest, he won't be waking up any sooner" said Vic with a sinister smile on his face.
["Ok, young master"] said the man.
After the call ends, the blonde went back to his car and said to the girl " That ***hole ruined my mood now".
"Brother, stop thinking about such useless matter, you should be worrying about the ceremony" the girl said annoyingly.
"Don't worry your brother will be on the spotlight today" the blonde said with a smile as his mood got better listening to his sister's word.
*vroom*
The car starts and they just went its own way.
Kai was still lying unconscious on the side road. The people just ignored him because they don't have time to worry about someone from slums. They didn't even mind helping him or taking him to a hospital, as they treated people from the slums as animals.
"Hey, What are you doing?"
A middle age woman asked her husband worriedly, "You know who that person was, right?".
"But still, Can't leave him like that close to the road" said the husband and drag Kai close to the building and leave him there.
" Haha... He reminded me of our son" the husband said sadly as he was away after leaving Kai. His son was a part of City's patrol team, who died on the jaws of the beasts, while patrolling around the periphery.

Around 20 minutes later, a car with 3 people on it stopped near the unconscious Kai. The Bulky one was the most noticable among the 3.
"Another poor bastard" said the bulky man with a smile on his face.
