Chapter 2: 1st hour strikes

as I look at my new surroundings I relise before I can head out I need a change of clothing cause what I'm currently wearing is the clothing I wore on earth I have no idea how I still have it but I need to blend in this is a dead giveaway I don't belong I start to rumage through the closet of clothing in the room I woke up in a quickly grab a black jacket with silver lining and gold symbols and a mages hat I found at the top on my head i theb find a pair of pants that match the jacket and then head out to the battle grounds as I arrive down there a match is currently underway. in the right hand corner we have the mage with flames harper and in the left we have the shocking new arrival to these battles Charly the lightning mage. as I get up to the stands I watch in awe as I see the display of fire and lightning class. fire ball x4 you think you stand a chance your lightning may be strong but you don't have mc cells to outlast me lightning feet, I don't need to outlast your hot hands I just need to hit you lightning storm blade, as lightning starts to form around Charles hand it forms itself into a lightning katana as he charges at harper and as harper tries to use fire walls and other spells the katana shreds through the flames like butter and without anyway to counter it harper was left with a sword made of lightning at his neck, do you conside, yes. and we have a winner folks Charly the lightning mage has won today's tournament crowning himself this week's battleground champion come back next week for a chance to win 10k copper coins as well as becoming a king of the battlefield. as the crowd starts to leave I quickly head on down to go have a talk with the lightning mage, hi I was wondering if I could speak to you, sorry miss but I dont sign autographs now if you excuse me I have places to be, well before you go my names not miss its Sophie and I'm not here for an autograph I'm here to ask how you learned your magic, as he starts to walk he quickly pauses and turns around what did you say your name was? I reply my name is Sophie now are you gonna help me or be rude and walk away before hearing me out, as he looks at me he eyes me up and down before removing his hood as he does my faces drops it can't be but he took all of you Charly your alive, it's good to see you but how the heck did you get here I've been here for the last year after he took us away some of us he still has locked away well others like me escaped and made a life for ourselves here without much of choice I learned how to use magic as a means of survival my magic element is lightning I have no idea what your would be but there is one way to know when I had escaped me nathan 3 others he captured where traveling together for awhile and well we were we met a teacher in the forbidden woods who taught us how to use magic as well as figure out of element we could learn her name was never revealed to us but before we split off to not be found together we learned our magic mine as you saw was lightning, sammy had water, nathan had chaos and Kaitlyn had shadow the way to figure out a person affinity is to course an element through there body forcing open the mana channels in the body then it will tell me what your element is. after hearing this I walk with Charly to his house as he sits me down he has me take off my jacket so he can touch my arms and as he does my arms go numb with pain as my eyes turn white for a minute it's over as I look around to gain my composure I look over to Charly who has a puzzled loom on his face that can't be right sure there are rare cases of people having more then one element they can learn sometimes even three but a person who can learn all of them of course as of right now even if she had access to them all she can it preform level 1 spells but still this is incredible. what's going on what are you mumbling to yourself about Charly what's my element, well Sophie heres the thing you don't have a element you have all of them just you don't know how to use them so my best guess is that prophecy that's been going around this land for the last couple hundred years is about you in that prophecy it states only a person with every element will be enough to slay the darkness and from what my reading from your body says I'm that person is you which means we need to start finding people who can teach you elements I can teach you lightning but we need someone who can teach you something even more powerful because if your here then the darkness knows about it we need to find nathan and Kaitlyn chaos magic is the strongest physical magic out there and shadow is one of the hardest magic to counter due to the fact it can be used to travel into the shadows of other things making a great magic for escape and travel the quicker we teach you the better off will be now I have a way to contact nathan but it will take a day so for now we need to stay here well I try and teach you some basic spells to you some experience in magic as well as level you up on what you can learn meet back here tommorow that's when your training starts.
