I saw the group of Settlers entered the registration building. I look at my people and start ordering them.
James: ok guys listen up. The 5 of you go help dad registering them,. The other five go prepare the foods, we will have a feist to welcome them in our settlement, the rest will go take care of the children and while your in there call my mother i need to talk to her.
Lackeys : right away sir.
Christine :I'll also go and help Edmond
After a moment i saw mom coming with her students the twins.
Claire : what's the matter son? Do you need something from me?
James : Yes mom i was wondoring if you can go and help us check the new recruits with their medical conditions?
Claire : no problem son, you can count on me,. I will also bring Merry and Jeanne, they might learn faster if show them some practical work.. We will be going now bye son.
James : bye mom.
After we talk I saw mom proceed to the Registration Building's clinic with the twin sister. I look at the droids beside me.
James : security droids go and continue your patrols.
Droids : affirmative.
After giving them orders i decided to head back to our house and go down the basement ,i had my the basement the entry point of my inner world as i don't want other to find out about our secret.
After entering Babylon i saw a lush green grass with trees, plants, deferent kind of animals walking around. I took deep breath and inhale the fresh air.
James : Nancy where are you?
Just a moment Nancy appears in front of me.
Nancy : is there something you need master?
James : no nothing, i just want to ask how you've been. Can you still handle this place well?
Nancy : I'm doing fine master, thank you for asking. You don't have to worry about Babylon as i can manage this place pretty easy, you just have to focus on your project for the outside world.
James : thank you Nancy, i know i can count on you. I'll be going inside now, take care of self ok, don't forget to relax sometime.

James : ok Let's us start some planning. First let's draw the settlement blueprints.

James : Im finally finished, this would do from now.
In front of me are some blueprints laying on the working table and beside it are my Projects List.
In the blueprint the settlement have Four Sectors. And each sectors are divided by 4 meters walls
Sector 1. Is the place where outsider can enter any time, outsiders like merchants , mercenaries, tourist or anyone who just want to visit and enjoy any entertainment our settlement can provide. But of course they still need to follow the rules.
Sector 1 establishment consists of:
=Hotels and inns : there is a chip one for someone who want to save money., and there a luxurious Hotel for rich guys who want to feel like nobles.
=E Zone: here you will see Entertainment establishments like Casino, Gym, Arcade, basketball court.
=Restaurants : for the hungry peoples
=Free Market : a place where any one can go if they want to buy some thing, anyone can aslo rent a place here where they can sell their products.
=Mercenary Guild Headquarter : a place where mercenaries can accept and post Quests or Missions, anyone can also sell information of course you will be payed according on how good and accurate your information is.
=Townhall
=Public Hospital
=Police Station: where any one can report any crime. And behind the Police Station is the Heavily Secured Jail.
=Bar: where any one can drink.
Sector 2: where only citizens of the settlement can enter, outsider can also enter but they will need a Permit from the Townhall.
=Citizens Resedential Area : here you will see Resedential houses
=Private Hospital : hospital for the residents of the settlement.
=School: where children are mandatory to attend.
Mall= a place where the citizens can go shopping
=Beverages Factory ; factory for making wine, beer, softdrinks ech
=Food Factory : for making breads, cake, candies ect.
=Clothing Factory:
Sector 3: a heavily secured area where only authorize personnel can enter, you will pass alot of identification checks and scanning first you are allowed to enter.
=Military main Basecamp :
= Laboratories: for experimental activities.
=Military Equipment Factories : like Guns, Ammos, Armors, vehicles factory.
Sector 4 or The Core Sector : A Sector where only me and my Family can enter this place will be heavily secured . I will build a Big Mansion here, and in the mansion basement is an entrance to my secret underground base. This secret base will be my working area, I will also relocate the entry poin to my inner world here.
Beside the blueprints lays the list of my projects.
1. Make more working drones to help in construction.
2. Build more Security Droids.
3. Build a Sentry Bot
4.build a air defense turrets.
5.build an artillery for big targets.
6.install security camera around the settlement
7. Create an Super AI that will assist me anytime.
8. Vertibird but mor bigger that can transport my army.
9. Bulid an iron man armors.
10. Create a power source that can be mass produced.

1.start training hard and get buffed
2. Level up and Upgrade my Inner World.
3. Find a way to cure the world off the radiation and start rebuilding the world.

James : yes, it was built before the nuclear explosion to experiment on people.
[ Good, it will be easier to explain then. The first generation vault called vault 01 was built before the war even began. It was built to be the secret underground experimentation facility. There scientists experiments on humans and animals , their purpose is to one day creat some Super Power Soldiers. They would torture them, study their Genes and. DNA, expose them in deferent kind of Diseases and Radiations, they would even combined different kind of DNA AND GENES in which would result in a creation of some abomination, the scientists somehow succeeded in creating some mutated humans which they eventually called Meta-Humans. This experimentation even continues after the nuclear explosion. But a pair of strong meta-human named Adam and Eve managed to escaped their constraints and start killing all of the scientists and guards, they also freed all of the Meta-Humans.. They didn't told any one about the existence of vault 01 and what really happens in there.,they just decided to just forget and start a new. Some start their own group while other goes their separate way. Their mutation is passed on their descendants, but must wasn't able to awaken it.]
James : so my ancestor is a Meta-Human . But in which side of my parents?
[ actually both of your parents have mutated Genes just not awakened, they dont even know it and since both of your parents have mutated genes you will have high probability that you will awaken strong or multiple Powers,.]
James : Thats a good news then. I will just have to find a way to awaken my power.
