Chapter 469: A Normal, Peaceful Life

Simon enjoyed his time going to college with Delia more than he enjoyed any other time he had gone. Being able to study with the woman he loved made it that much more enjoyable. 

People were always surprised when they found out they were married, thinking they were way too young. Ha. He was older than anyone alive. She had twenty-three lives' worth of memories. They were NOT too young for anything. 

It was easy enough to ignore those who had no idea what they were talking about. Nothing could detract from how happy he was…except further exposure to death. Delia's parents in this life passed away when they were still in college. As did several of his older descendants. 

They had to attend a lot of funerals. At Delia's mom's, which happened last, she tearfully looked at him. "How do you do this over and over?"
