Chapter 11: Now What?

Annalise was dying already and the Thanksgiving feast wasn't even on the table yet. Dawn was upset because one of her kids' dad was putting up a fuss even though it was her year for Thanksgiving, their mom was upset because Jarron wasn't there, Jarron was upset and complaining in the sibling group chat about how his girlfriend's mom made her yams wrong (whose fault was that for not coming home?!), and Marshall was high as a kite so he was spouting nonsense whenever someone tried to speak to him. 

Annalise was hanging on by a thread. One more thing, that was all it would take for her to snap. One. More Thing. 

They had a tradition of going around the table and saying what they were thankful for and Annalise thought that there wasn't anything to be thankful for, just like she did most years, before remembering that this year was different. 

She did have something to be thankful for. Romeo.
