The doctor simply waves his hand and then leads everyone inside a room, where he could do some tests to see if everything is alright.
The test was all normal, reflex, pain sensors, reaction time, and even a blood exam, just to be sure.

The nurse nods, most likely she means about what happened 2 weeks ago.
2 weeks ago after I had made the woman faint, they had checked the cameras to see what happened, and they saw my shadow suddenly detach from myself, becoming a blunt arrow, and hit the head of the woman.
Most of the hospital now saw me as a genius baby, which was able to use its quirk since birth, it is a rare thing, but still possible, after all the 4 years thing is just a limit, if we don't count the late bloomers.

Kurayami:'Wait... he is the doctor, the one that works for All for One, oh no, he will surely inform him, and that asshole will try to steal my quirk, but maybe he will wait for my quirk to awaken so that he can fully absorb it and know what it is.'
