"Since you take a while to decide, why not let me decide ?!" Joz asked without actually asking. He was going to take action.
Suddenly a terse gray-haired man with a sword in his hand began to walk towards Joz. He was around 2m10 (2m12 to be precise) and looked fierce.
"Who are you? How dare you try to hunt our prey," said a bounty hunter.
What was unexpected was that his boss told him to shut up immediately with a dark face.
"He's 'the killer,' Daz Bonez."
"WHATIIIIII? DAZ BONEZ !!!!!!!"
The hunters had all stopped what they were doing to observe Daz. After all, he had an outstanding reputation as a solo bounty hunter: he could hunt pirates with very high bounties on his own.
It wasn't too long ago that he had hunted a 40 million pirates.
He was just unbelievably strong; at least they had to admit that making a good impression was essential in front of such a caliber.
Daz stopped right in front of Joz and looked him straight in the eye without any expression. For him, Joz was already dead.
Of course, Joz also recognized it, and it was the future Mister 1 who was going to join Crocodile.

Seeing him, Joz had already decided to recruit him and give him an executive position.

And this quality Joz appreciated it.

After all, he could buy the essences for his crew and therefore strengthen them.

Daz said nothing and withdrew his sword from its sheath. Unlike Zoro, he did not have a katana but an Arab sword in his hands (it looks like an Arab sword).
Joz smiled as he saw him draw his sword.
Daz rushed towards Joz without hesitation. You could see that he had a muscular physique: ordinary 3 (average men are ordinary 1; maybe lower 3).
Joz didn't move and let Daz deliver the first blow, his smile getting bigger and bigger the closer Daz got.
CLANG CRACK
To everyone's surprise, Daz's sword did not cut Joz but cracked. Joz had managed to intercept his blade with his hand, which was, of course, transformed into a diamond.
Seeing this scene, Daz frowned and put more intensity, but his blade could not pierce the hand of Joz.
"Game over," Joz said, looking Daz in the eye.
He squeezed his hand into a fist which shattered Daz's blade with a sharp blow.
Daz repositioned himself by stepping back, but before he could even think of a new strategy, Joz gave him a lariat.
BAAAAAM
Daz flew about ten yards and bumped into a nearby tree.
"Damn it!" he said, spitting blood.
Joz's right arm that was diamond turned back, and he walked towards Daz.
"Either join my crew or die! The choice is yours," Joz said with a smirk.
Daz was silent for a moment, sighed and accept Joz's offer finally.
"HAHAHAHA Welcome to the diamond crew" Joz opened his arms while laughing loudly.
"Thank you, captain," Daz replied, slowly getting up.
Daz was a man who revered power significantly when he believed himself to be invincible. Crocodile had recruited him in the same way in the original work. It was probably the first time someone had beaten him so quickly (especially after ingesting his devil fruit).
Daz had already noticed that Joz was not at all serious with him.
Nothing was demeaning about being the subordinate of someone so powerful.
The bounty hunters around were stunned to see how quickly Joz had beaten Daz but also to see the turn of events.
Everyone was shocked: 'The Killer' had not only suffered a crushing defeat but had now become a pirate. If the reporters had been there, they would have started screaming for joy at such a scoop.

Then Joz turned back to the bounty hunters and looked at them coldly. He didn't recognize any of them, so he assumed they shouldn't be important or powerful. Anyway, if they have talent Joz would know it during the fight.
Joz rushed towards them without hesitation, his whole body covered in diamonds (except the eyes).
BANG ... "Noooooon ...." .... "Help ....." .... BAMMM .... "He's a demon."
In an instant, all the bounty hunters were killed (~ 30), and the cries of their suffering stopped.

With this, Joz brought Daz in front of his boat and said: "Come see, the second cadre of the crew has been freshly recruited."
David and the others met Daz Bonez and introduced themselves one after the other.
"Let's go, let's get on with our day," Joz ordered.

David thought they will arrive after a few days of traveling, but he had underestimated the Diamond Rusher's speed. In less than a day, they had come.
