Chapter 4: Who's Russell?
It was the next day, and Henry and Aiko had explained everything that Kuro told them. They also found out that Kuro was in Victor's subconscious, and they could talk in his mind. So whenever Aiko and Henry didn't explain things correctly, Kuro would correct them immediately.
Victor was happy that he could use mana now, but he would have to strengthen his body first to handle the drawbacks. They decided every week, Victor would go with his parents to hunt beasts.
When Kuro decides if he is ready or not, Henry will teach him Qi. Since Qi and mana are the same thing, and Kuro said that the basics of his powers are exactly the same as Qi.
'Victor, what are you going to do today? It's the weekend, so you don't have this 'school' thing. Your father is out hunting, so you won't be training today.' Kuro asked Victor the moment he woke up.
"Simple. I'm going to beat the shit out of that bitch Russell!"
'What the hell?!? How do you know curse words? You're 12!'
"I have access to the internet. What did you expect?"
'Oh, ok. Who's Russell?'
"Russell is another kid my age who lives in this town."
'So why do you want to beat him up? I never thought you of all people would hold a grudge against someone else.'
"But you've only known me for a day though."
'Good point.'
"Well anyways, the reason why I want to beat him up is because of what happened a few months ago."

A few months ago, Victor was getting ready to leave school, but his friends stopped him before he left.
"Victor! Wait up!"
Victor turned around to see his friends all running towards him, like a bunch of simps.
"What do you guys want?" Victor asked bluntly with an annoyed expression on his face. He could tell that they wanted something judging by the look on their faces.
"Victor, you've been learning how to fight for a few years, right?" One of them asked.
"Yes. Did you call me over here just to ask me that? You do know what the internet is, right?" Victor asked sarcastically with a mocking expression.
"Ok good. There is this one guy our age who beat Andrin up, just because he cut him in line. He even beat Linda up, because she stepped on his shoes. He then beat ME up, because I bumped into his shoulder. This guy is crazy! I even asked my older brother to beat him up, but he also lost to Russell. But then I remembered you mentioning something about training with your dad. So can you please beat Russell up?" He was begging and on his knees.
"Ok then, where can I find Russell?" Victor was getting excited. He was finally going to use satsugai against someone. He only used it when sparring with his father, and he always wanted to try it on some idiot. And today, he had finally found that idiot.
After 15 minutes of walking they finally found Russell. Russell was in the town's park, he was taking a walk because it's his favorite thing to do. Except for fighting.
Russell was pretty tall for his age. He was 158 cm, he was wearing some black air force 1, a black tank top and some green camouflage shorts. He also looked like an athlete because of his muscular body. He had short curly dark brown hair, and bright blue eyes. He was pretty good looking.
"So you're the guy I've been hearing about. Apparently you've been beating up my friends-"
But before Victor could even finish his sentence, Russell started running towards Victor.
"Wait, why are you running?"
Russell then leaped into the air.
"Why are you flying?"
And then while Russell was falling towards the ground, he drop kicked Victor's chest, and Victor fell to the ground as he struggled to breath. All of Victor's 'friends' immediately ran away like a bunch of bitches.
"What a bunch of bitches." Were the first words that came out of Russel's mouth. Victor was still on the ground, and caught Russel's attention. Russell walked over to Victor, he bent down on one knee, and grabbed Victor's neck with his left hand. He wasn't choking him, he just put his hand on his neck.
Victor was confused by what Russell was doing since he wasn't feeling any pain. But then Russell had a big evil demonic grin that looked like the devil.
Russell then punched Victor in the face with his right fist. He continued punching Victor again, and again, and again, and again, and again, and again, and again, and again. Over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over.
Victor's nose was broken, he lost some of his teeth, his face was covered in blood, and after 5 minutes. Victor was knocked out and Russell finally stopped. When Russell stood up, his hands were covered in blood, even his face and clothes had some blood on it too.
"You're a tough guy, and I respect you for that. I never expected it to take that long to knock you out. Come back and fight me when you're stronger." Russell said just before he walked away. Victor heard him say those words, and promised himself that he would come back, and fight Russell again when he gets stronger.

'HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!! He made you look like a BITCH!' Kuro immediately started laughing the moment Victor finished his story.
'And you got some fake ass friends too! What did you do with them?'
"I beat the shit out of them and stopped being friends with their fake ass."
'Talk about being cruel.' Kuro never expected Victor to do that to them.
"Well today, I'm going to beat his ass. I've noticed that my new body is stronger, faster, and more durable. I'll beat him up after I go to the barber shop."
'Good.'

After a quick visit at the barber shop. Victor had a clean ass fade, and he went to the shop to buy some new clothes. Ever since he got his new body, he got taller, and more muscular. He no longer fit in his old clothes, so he went and bought new clothes.
And with the help of Kuro, who had a surprisingly great fashion sense. Victor was full on drippin. He had the new sneakers on, some black skinny jeans, a clean as hoodie on and a real golden chain.
'That is what I am talking about! You got some serious drip.'
"Thanks, but it looks like I'm about to spill blood on it."
After a while of searching, he finally found Russell. Russell was taking a walk at the park again.
"Hey Russell, do you remember me?"
"I think I would remember the only black guy in town." Russell obviously didn't recognize Victor.
'Did your dumbass forget that you literally look like a completely different person.' Kuro was amazed by Victor's stupidity.
"Uhh… Well, shit happened, and now I can say the n-word. I basically did the opposite of Michael Jackson." Victor said, scratching the back of his head.
"I'm Victor Zolomon."
"Who the hell are you?"
"Oh yeah, I never told you my name. You beat me up a few months ago."
"Do you have the slightest idea how little that narrows it down?"
'What the hell?! How is he this much of a savage, when he's only twelve!' Kuro was surprised by the level of savageness that Russel just showed.
"Ok, well umm… you drop kicked me then punched me in the face for 5 minutes and called my ex-friends a 'bunch of bitches'." Victor continued to try to make Russell remember him.
"Oh, I remember you. You had golden hair, blue eyes, and white skin, right?"
"Yeah that was me! And my name is Victor."
"So I'm guessing you also heard me tell you to come back and fight me when you're stronger?" Russell asked, and Victor nodded in response.
"Good." Russell then smiled in excitement. It was the same evil demonic smile from before.
"Let's get started!" Victor shouted and ran forward, ready to beat the shit out of Russell.
They both charged in on each other. They were moving as fast as pro boxers. Russell threw his fist out first, but Victor dodge it and kicked Russel's thigh. Russell went on knee and was in pain, but Victor didn't stop there. Victor punched Russel in the face. Blood came flying out of his nose, Russell fell to the ground, and was laying on his back. Victor went and carried Russell over his shoulder, and threw him as hard as he could into the dirt. Russell spit out a mouthful of blood.
Russell got back up, and created some distance between the two, but he was not in the best of conditions. The kick that Victor did to Russel's thigh, probably broke it. His nose is definitely broken and he probably has some internal damage.
'Well done, Victor. But there is one big problem.'
'What is it now, Kuro? Can't you see I'm busy right now.' Victor told Kuro this, but not out loud. If Victor thinks loud enough, then Kuro can hear him. So Victor doesn't have to look like a crazy person talking to himself.
'Russell's a mage.'
'Wait, WHAT?! There is no way! Mages can't be that physically strong! That's impossible!' Victor was confused. Because Russell was so strong, he could easily beat an adult up. So saying that he is a mage, who are known to be physically weak, just didn't make any sense.
'Well I don't know what you want me to tell you. I'm just speaking facts, and Russell's a mage. I can see a lot of mana gathering around his right hand, and this attack is going to hurt a lot.' Kuro finished saying his piece, and let Victor decide what to do. But then Russell started talking.
"Victor, you have already lost this fight." Russell raised his right hand, and blue lightning could be seen around his right hand.
'THE LIGHTNING ABILITY!!!!! But that's extremely rare! I have to leave, NOW!!!' Victor thought to himself, and was about to make a run for it.
But before Victor could even take a single step, a big blue lightning bolt hit him on his chest. He was sent flying into a tree, his body slammed into it. He couldn't move because of the paralysis effect from lightning. Russell arrived in front of Victor, and punched him with his fist covered in lightning on the side of Victor's cheek. Victor was sent flying, and spat out some of his teeth. He was on the ground, laying on his back.
Russell walked over to Victor, he bent down on one knee, and grabbed Victor's neck with his left hand, just like last time. Russell even had the same big evil demonic grin that looked like the devil. Russell then punched Victor in the face with his right fist. He continued punching Victor again, and again, and again, and again, and again, and again, and again, and again. Over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over.
The fight ended the same way as before, and after 15 minutes, Victor was finally knocked out, and Russell Finally stopped. Russell then carried Victor, and put Victor's arm around his shoulder. He brought Victor to the hospital.
