Chapter 34: True Destruction
Sebastian started to slowly descend to the ground, and cancelled his levitation spell. He then went on his knees, he was going to fall head first but he caught himself with his hands. He was completely exhausted, his legs weren't listening to him, and he was struggling to stay conscious.
Logan appeared by his side, and carried Sebastian on his back. He walked back to the truck, and placed Sebastian down on the seat. Logan then went back to retrieve the crystal, and it surprisingly wasn't destroyed.
Logan went back to the truck, and they were on their way to the main base. The driver started the truck, and started driving in the direction of the main base. Sebastian was still conscious but he looked completely drained. He was having a fight with the universe itself, trying not to fall asleep.
After around an hour and a half, they had finally arrived back at the main base. Sebastian had recovered a little, and was able to walk on his own. Logan had other matters to attend to, so he had to leave, and Sebastian was walking back at the mansion with his servant.
When they arrived at the mansion, Sebastian immediately went to his room. He took a long cold shower to get himself refreshed, and then got dressed. He put his casual clothes on, and went to the dining room. It was time for dinner, and everyone was already there.
Hendrix, his wife, Aiko, Henry, Logan, Leonardo, Sebastian's mother, Sophia, and all the other top members of the family. Every single one of them were all already eating and conversing amongst themselves. Sebastian took a seat at the table, and started eating his meal.
The food that was prepared was the kind of food found in expensive 5 star restaurants, and this was what he ate everyday. Sebastian ate far more than normal because of how drained he felt. Everyone noticed how he was eating far more food than normal. Sebastian wasn't really eating politely, and was just trying to eat everything as fast as possible.
Normally, he always took his time while eating and would always use proper table manners. With that being said, right now he was eating like a wild animal. He wasn't even using his fork and knife and just bit into the steak. Everyone was shocked by his behaviour, and they were all completely speechless.
They were just so used to Sebastian's politeness, that it was shocking to see him act differently. Sebastian was actually just eating like a normal person but he looked like a wild beast compared to how he normally would be.
After a few seconds, they decided to just ignore it because they all knew what he did before. They understood that he must have been incredibly hungry after hunting beasts. They continued to converse amongst themselves while Sebastian ate. When he was done eating, he asked Hendrix a question.
"Uncle Hendrix, can I go hunting beasts again tomorrow?" He asked him because he wanted to go tomorrow.
"Yes, and 'we' will all be joining you tomorrow." Hendrix said with an erotic smirk on his face.
"What do you mean by 'we'?"
"Everyone here at the table." Every single member of the Zolomon family at the table stood up from their seats. All of the top 10 strongest Zolomon family members, all stood up from their seats.
Sebastian couldn't believe that every single one of them were going to go hunting. These were the one of the strongest humans to ever live, and all of them were going hunting together. The last time such a thing occurred was 20 years ago.
An expedition planned by the 9 kingdoms to kill the red dragon of destruction, and they had requested for the Zolomon family to assist them. The Zolomon had sent a large force to help them, yet only a small number of them returned. These 10 powerful people were among the survivors, and were granted the title of SSS rank.
After 20 long years, they were finally going to go hunting just to accompany Sebastian. The 10 strongest members of the Zolomon family, and Aiko, were all going to go hunting with Sebastian. Sebastian wasn't sure what to think about the whole situation, and just decided to go to bed.
He walked to the direction of his room, and felt really sleepy after the big meal. When he arrived in his room, Sebastian took off his clothes, and went to bed. He immediately fell asleep because of how exhausted he was. If he was actually honest with himself, he was in no shape to go hunting tomorrow.
It wouldn't take a day for him to fully recover, so he wouldn't be at hundred percent tomorrow. Sebastian's pride wouldn't let him take a break, and he felt like he could still kill them. Which is why Sebastian was able to sleep so peacefully without a care in the world.

It was the next day, and Sebastian was on his way to the hospital. Sebastian was going to pay Victor a visit before he had to go hunting. After going through the reception area, he made his way to Victor's hospital room. He entered the room, and found that there was just a nurse with him.
Sebastian went to take a seat, and noticed that Victor had less bandages than before. He wondered if he could heal Victor but doubted that it would actually work. Sebastian looked at Victor's unconscious body, and wondered when his friend would wake up.
'You're really missing out on a lot of things, Victor. It looks like everything interesting happens when you're not there.' Sebastian thought to himself, as he chuckled lightly.
It was time for him to leave, and go out hunting. Sebastian was able to leave by jumping up the window. He used the levitation spell to float in midair, and he looked like he was just standing on the ground but in the air. The levitation spell is just a mage using mana as an invisible force field to stand on. It is extremely weak, and almost any attack can break through it.
Sebastian then started walking his way towards his destination, and didn't have to cross the road. People who were walking on the streets were amazed by this, and started recording it. They knew that it was possible to do such a thing but it took ridiculous amounts of concentration and control. Yet Sebastian made it look absurdly easy to do such a thing.
Sebastian was only walking 13 meters in the air, so people were able to easily capture his face. When the video was uploaded on the internet, experts on how a mage's power works could easily tell how impressive it was. Sebastian must have created a path in front of him.
People were starting to think twice about the debate of "Sebastian vs The lightning killer". Even Russell had seen him do such a thing, and tried it himself but failed miserably. Sebastian was clearly beyond talented, and it really showed.
Eventually, Sebastian arrived at his destination, and it was time for him to go hunting for some beast. Everyone was there, and were all covered in armor, except for Aiko of course. She had a special beast outfit that was completely fireproof, so she wouldn't burn her clothes when using her magic.
They were all able to easily fit in the truck, because of how ludicrously big it is. They were on their way to fight beasts, and Sebastian wasn't sure if he would even kill any beasts. After driving for a few minutes, they found a group of eleven beasts. They looked exactly like the same buffalo type beasts that Sebastin killed yesterday.
He obviously knew that he wouldn't be sent, and since there were 11 beasts, everyone else would kill one. Despite that, Hendrix had a different idea, and he didn't tell anyone about it.
Hendrix smashed through the windshield, and charged in towards the beasts. He leaped towards the beast that was closest to him, and gave it a monstrous punch to the head. Hendrix had also used the third form of Qi, so his Qi was able to kill all of the other beasts.
It was like a gigantic blast of energy but it was invisible to the naked eye. The beast that was punched by Hendrix, its body was exploded into several pieces. The ground where it stood was completely destroyed, and a ginormous path of destruction was heading towards the rest of the beast.
All of their bodies exploded into multiple pieces of flesh and black blood. He had killed all of them in one destructive punch, and looked like a bomb had just exploded. Sebastian was amazed by how easily he had killed them with just one punch. He had seen Logan do the same thing with his sword but assumed it had something to do with his sword.
Which meant that every elite member of the Zolomon family had such destructive power, and that was pretty scary to think about. He wondered if there was even one kingdom who had as many strong warriors like the Zolomon family.
"Hendrix, what was the point of that?!" Logan asked him, because the inside of the truck was now full of glass shards now. He was especially annoyed at the fact that Hendrix was sitting next to the door, so he could have just opened the door. Instead, he had to break through the windshields like an idiot when he could have just opened the door.
"First come, first serve. If you really wanted to kill them, then next time be faster." Hendrix replied.
"That's not the point!" Logan said in frustration.
They continued to argue, while everyone except for Aiko and Sebastian, went to collect the crystals. Some of them were destroyed but they were able to collect 8 crystals out of the 11 beasts. After a few minutes, they had finally removed all the pieces of glass, and went back to hunting.
After around 20 minutes, they had found another beast, and it was all by itself. It looked like a jaguar type creature, that had white fur with white spots, it was the size of an african bush elephant, and hade huge sharp canines. Every single one of them knew that Sebasian couldn't kill it. Everyone in the Zolomon family rushed over towards the beast, so that they could be the first one to kill it.
All of them let out their Qi to get there first, and the beast started to run away. It was pretty obvious that they would reach the beast in seconds. Suddenly, they could all feel a monstrous amount of mana behind them. When they looked in the direction of the absurd amount of mana, they could see a colossal ball of fire that was moving at an astonishing speed.
They all immediately jumped out of the way, and the stupendous fireball continued on its path. They could see a ridiculously huge path of destruction left behind by the monumental fireball. The ground was getting destroyed and burned to ashes.
The monstrous fireball had hit the beast, and burned it whole body to ash in a mere milliseconds. The beast was dead before it could even realize it yet the massive fireball didn't stop. It continued to go straight ahead into the horizon.
They could see that if the immense fireball continued down its path, then it would hit a pretty big mountain. They were absolutely right, and the immense fireball had clashed into the mountain.
BOOOOOOOM!!!!!
A titanic explosion erupted the moment the huge fireball made impact with the mountain. They could feel the shockwaves from the explosion even though they were kilometers away from it. The shockwaves from the explosion were unbelievably powerful, trees were being blown away, and rocks were flying everywhere. Henry had to hold the truck or else it would have also been blown away.
When the shockwaves of the explosion had finally passed, they looked at the source of such destruction. They looked in the direction in which it came from, and they could all see that it was caused by none other than Aiko.
