Chapter 22: Chapter Twenty-two: All of Them are Mine.
While two ladies were sleeping after their rigorous workout Haoyu went to meditate like normal. He very quickly entered his spiritual world inside his devil core. What he found completely shocked him. The Buddhist side was now filled to the brim with Arhats chanting while sitting around. The overwhelming holiness would have been a problem for his devil side if it weren't for evil king sword. Haoyu then thought back to a warning his father gave him. His father said that the slightest unbalance between natures can cause major problems. Luckily his familiar helped to keep the current fragile balance between the force.
Haoyu: Hey Xu Kong do you guys have any ideas on how to solve my current predicament.
Xu Kong: Master by its nature your natural devil physique is able to absorb the souls of supernatural beings. However since you are also a vampire it has evolved to being able to absorb different forms of energy.
Haoyu became silent after hearing that because he realized his body most have absorb the power of light from his fallen angels. Looking at all of the Arhats chanting an idea came to Haoyu. In his previous life there was another cultivation story were the main character had three different powers in his body. However Haoyu had no idea how to make to happen for him. Still the possibility was there since Qin Chao from the story had three forces himself. Haoyu started to feel annoyed that he wasn't like Issei who can use the power of oppai to solve this problem. He then left a note for Raynare and Kalawarna telling them keep looking after Asia as well that he will visit them again soon. Once he was home Haoyu spent time with the girls like usual and then went to bed.
The next day after school he headed for the Occult research club thinking about what to do about Kokabiel. When he arrived the first thing he saw was some guy sitting close to Rias. The bastard was sitting next to her playing with her hair like it was the natural thing to do. Haoyu with smile on his face walked in to the room and as he did killing intent poured from his body.
????: Although you maybe the son of the devil Arhat it doesn't mean you can do whatever you want.
Before he could continue to talk a fist made intimate contact with his face sending him flying through the wall. The man Haoyu hit was actually Rias's fiancee Riser Phenex. He wasn't that much different then he was from the original story. The punch shocked everyone present ,because Haoyu has never acted that way before. He is normally calm no matter happens to him ,but this time his anger became completely clear.
Haoyu: Watch your mouth little birdy before I rip it off. I know you think that since your daddy told you that Rias is engaged to you. You can do whatever you want but know this Rias and her peerage are all mine.
When he spoke those words a change occurred inside of Haoyu. Within the devil half of his core a massive shadow appeared towering over everything. The shadow roared as if to tell the world that everything in it belongs to it and it alone. The Archdevil carried both demonic power from western devils as well as evil sage arts from the east. There was also a powerful presence of darkness and madness pouring from it body. Back to the real world Haoyu's eyes had turned red and a sinister smile appeared on his face as he looked at Riser. Every fiber of Haoyu's being seemed to be demanding that he slaughter Riser. Luckily for Riser before Haoyu could act on his impulses a magic circle appeared in the room.
Grayfia: I apologize for my rudeness but I hope young master Qin would before going too far.
Grayfia's words pulled Haoyu from his stupor as his eyes returned normal.
Raiser: No way in hell will I just let this insult go. Not after that damn mongrel actually dare to strike my face.
Haoyu: Then how about you and I fight in a friendly match. If you win then I will never get in the way of you pursuit of Rias ,but if I win then you will give your Bishop Ravel.
Riser's face became a deep crimson red from pure rage. In his life Riser would often be called entitled and arrogant but when compared to Haoyu he is lacking. First Haoyu claimed his fiancee. Then he punched him in the face ,and now he is actually saying they will fight for Rias with Riser only getting what should be his. On top of all that the bastard actually made his prize Ravel. Riser's anger reached the where he actually got a nosebleed and coughed up a little bit of blood. Riser then opened his mouth to refuse those but when he saw Haoyu's provoking face he changed his mind.
Riser: Fine I agree to you terms but the rules for our dual will be decided sane for the venue.
After Riser was done talking a magic cycle with the logo of the Phenex family appeared. Next thing he knew Riser was gone leaving him and the others to talk amongst themselves. It took Grayfia mere seconds to repair the damage to the wall. Once that was over with Grayfia teleported everyone back to Haoyu's house.
Grayfia: Seeing that both parties agreed to the duel I shall say nothing, but you must remember that you most not make this a habit.
Grayfia continued to lecture Haoyu much like she would have to Sirzechs if they had ended up together. Now he has a chance to settle down Haoyu could feel intense desire to claim everything others may want. At first he thought that it may be his heart devil. However that thought quickly vanished when he felt that the Archdevil was something else. Haoyu decided to ask his father later when he got home.
