Chapter 1: 01 - THE NEW WORLD RUN BY WOMEN
Do you know what the real problem women have always had with men? Your modern women would say it could be the fact that women aren't in enough positions of power, sexism, racism or economic inequality or just trauma-related feminism and I'm sure these are very true in most cases but all parties related have their reasons for defending themselves and men aren't the brutal savages they have been painted as throughout history but at the same time, certain men have been forced to follow their own violent convictions.
Tragic events have occurred all across the world. Wars, genocides, riots, assassinations, famines, and so on. The authors of these inhumane procedures, on the other hand, are the true evildoers. Men who campaigned for criminality on a scale that no one else could comprehend. Their choice caused disaster on humanity and everything it entails but just because a few men committed incredible acts of evil doesn't mean all men can be judged for their actions.
It was because of these brave but psychotic men that the system in which protects all women was created. Women are seen as figures of fragility, innocence and purity but this system of protection was broken simply because women created a certain "misunderstanding" that protection sounds too good to be true. I wish I could disagree but certain men think they have control over the women they protect and its because of these men that the majority are being judged. It's an unjustified truth that cannot be changed and its because of this that the world was plunged into a genderless future where the concept of "man" and "women" doesn't even exist anymore. Could this lead to a better future for all women who feel oppressed or just a benefit to those that feel they do not have enough power and want all of it? If you're naïve, you'd think that they wouldn't want any power but greed exists within every single human being, not only men and as expected, women soon sought after boundless power and repeated history. Ironic isn't it?
This is why I was plunged into a tragedy that affected not only me but my comrades as well. I guess you could say it was this future that turned me into one of the most dangerous criminals in history … and unfortunately, one of the few as well.
"Madison! Madison, over here!" Someone called out to me after walking through one of the main paths near the general school library.
The pristine breeze bellowing passed the autumn cherry blossom tree's which existed throughout the campus of the most prestigious educational/military academy throughout the Kingdom of Galeari. Primrose Academy of Aether bolsters the absolute highest academic grades throughout the kingdom and incredibly skilled knights for the kingdoms elite military. It all sounds forced as if the kingdoms leader was a tyrant but in truth, being enrolled into this school is an honour which every student cherishes and works hard for. At least that's what everyone says but I wouldn't know.
I was enrolled entirely by accident simply because I happened to be in the right place at the wrong time. Both my friends and I shouldn't even be here but here we are, at the most strict fucking school in the kingdom. I can't even explore the convoluted maze which the students consider understandable when this whole place is a small town and I have little to no sense of direction.
Whatever. As you heard, my name is "Madison Heath" and I'm a recent transfer student alongside my closest and childhood friends, "Erin Mercer" and "Tempest Stone", yes her name is Tempest, don't ask me why.
"Hey, what's wrong with you? Didn't you get enough sleep last night?" Tempest asked me after she sat down beneath one of the taller cherry blossom tree's. The bench she was sitting on was large enough for the three of us to sit on but Erin and Tempest were already seated, waiting on me.
When I approached them, I hardly seemed thrilled for anything and that's because I wasn't. I was entirely against coming here because apparently, the girls can't even bring their switch consoles. How am I going to cope with all of the relentless work and studying if I can't kick ass in Super Smash Sisters?! This is bullshit, I hate this place so much!
"Awww, don't be sad Maddy. You'll feel better if you have some of my nuts" Erin suggested when she pulled out a packet of her almond nuts.
"I don't want any of your nuts so stop suggesting them to me"
"Ya know, I heard that nuts are really good for butt warts" Tempest said out of nowhere.
"Yeah. They're good sources of fat, fibre and protein. Not sure about the butt warts thing tho" Erin agreed, slightly.
"It's true. Sarah told me"
"Does Sarah have butt warts?" I wondered out of curiosity when I sat down beside Erin.
"I don't think so. I don't think it's a thing" Erin disagreed while chewing on her favourite nuts.
