Chapter 40: Understanding what is expected of her (1).

Lucille hated it when her husband talks about the supernatural, she always felt uneasy. So she was enraged when she heard her husband talking about sister in law hers. She didn't understand why was he speaking about this with their daughter.

Lea felt like she was in a horror movie. How can her father tell her all of that? Did he want to guilt-trip her? She did not appreciate this treatment. She felt like exploding. How can Aldrin do this to her?

She never wanted to be a queen. Did he sleep with her to trap her as her aunt's husband did to her?

Lea had so many questions but no answers. She looked at her father with doubt and accusations in her eyes. She didn't believe he was encouraging her to go along with this madness and mostly he didn't even get angry her daughter was fucked.

Who was her father? It was certainly not normal to accept so easily a daughter being deflowered. Did he understand and welcome this because he was also a mythical creature?
