Chapter 28: ⌜Chapter 26⌟
The boss monster of the 50th floor, standing 10 meters tall, its skin was made of metal wearing buddha clothes, it has 3 faces, one facing the front and the two facing the other sides, it was a monster without blindspot, it has six arms that each was so powerful to pulverize a player with a single attack. (A/N: There is no other information about this boss other than its type, so I made the appearance all up, I also searched around the fandom and only found a few points about the boss)
Name, the last number, A Six-armed metallic buddha statue-type boss, its six arms held six different weapons, and beside it were jiangshi like monsters, the moment entered inside, the Jiangshi reacted as if they smelled a living being.
They turned towards Tanaka to show as curiously looking around as if enraged to see a living being, the Jiangshi's pounced towards Tanaka with great ferocity.
*Swooosh!
With a flash of silver light, the Jiangshi's that were charging were blown away when they were touched by the silver light.
Tanaka played with the scythe in his hands by spinning it around, he then stopped and looked at the tall buddha like a monster, its eyes were closed but the moment Tanaka stepped closer it opened its eyes and a red glow flashed.
Tanaka felt danger when he saw the glowing red eyes and immediately jumped away from his position.
*Boom!
Just in time as Tanaka jumped away, a huge spear was plunged into the ground, for the first time since he came into this world other than the fatal scythe, Tanaka felt a great sense of challenge towards the boss of the 50th floor.
Unlike normal mobs or elite monsters, floor boss monsters don't have any levels, their strength is based on how strong the players or the number of players it was fighting, and Tanaka was far ahead of the players in which the boss monster is a little powerful than Tanaka.
If other players joined in this fight, they would undoubtedly be annihilated as soon as the battle starts.
And one thing that Tanaka also noticed was the light gathering behind the boss monster, slowly it was forming into a golden ball of light, and Tanaka was sure it was a powerful attack of the boss, he must stop it from gathering more.
*Boom!
Tanaka dashed towards the boss monster while he was in so, the ground beneath him cracked and Tanaka disappeared from his position turning into a blur.
Tanaka's stats were all dumped into strength and agility, only putting on some of the stats, except for his low vitality, Tanaka's stats are all-time high to a monstrous degree.
Tanaka's scythe glowed in dark color as he prepared his skill.
"Breath of Death: First Form! Death Dance!"
Tanaka's steps became silent as if it was the sound of death, in the blink of an eye, he appeared beside the boss monster and swung his scythe.
*Slash!
A huge slash mark appeared on the chest of the buddha monster but it did not roar, instead, its face suddenly rotated and turned into an angry face, it raised one of its weapons which was a hammer, and smashed it onto the ground.
*Boom!
A powerful shockwave came from the smash and blew away everything, even Tanaka's death dance was interrupted and he was blown away, the shockwave continued until it covered the whole room and Tanaka was slammed into the wall. (For reference, think of it as Nautilus from LoL animation, I will look for the GIF)
Tanaka last almost 30% of his health bar from that attack, he immediately stood up and blocked the incoming attack, it was the ax of the boss monster that came to chop him up.
*Boom!
Tanaka was able to repel it away, blocking it fully was nothing but suicide, even if Tanaka can return back in time, he wasn't reckless enough to die every time, after he was able to dodge the attack, Tanaka immediately attacked back with a powerful slash.
*Slash!
Another slash appeared in the chest of the boss monster and it lost half of its health, the boss has 5 health bars and it was down to 3 immediately after receiving 2 attacks from Tanaka.
But just as Tanaka attacked, it was too late when he noticed the glowing ball of light just behind the boss monster, he had forgotten about it as he was already full in just defending away from the attacks of the boss monsters.
The ball of light has already expanded and was floating in the sky.
"This is stupid, it has only been a minute since we fought..it's going to blow up"
And just like what he thought, the ball of light actually exploded and caught every corner of the room, the only thing Tanaka last saw was his health bar being melted like it was exposed to the sun.

The familiar red words appeared in Tanaka's eyes, he could not help but sigh, when he opened his eyes, he was again back at the inn where he was staying before fighting the event boss monster.
"That boss is cheating, I need more information about its skills"
Tanaka thought as he scratched the back of his head, an ability of a boss monster that was capable of annihilating everything around it, if he didn't take over last time then the players who wanted to fight the boss would be surely dead in a minute.
From the information he has right now, to defeat it, he only has a minute to defeat it, a freaking one minute, considering its 5 bar health bar, unless Tanaka burst it to death with a lot of damage, defeating it in a minute would be impossible.
"Let's cut all of its arms first then"
Tanaka stood up from his bed at the same time as he stood up, the roof of the inn was ripped apart by the event monster, Nicholas the renegade, Tanaka only gave it a glance before he gave it a powerful slash.
The monster was sent stumbling back and fell to the ground, Tanaka then ignored it and left the scene and made his way towards the 50th-floor boss monster, Nicholas the renegade may have a good item but it was not something Tanaka needed.
