Chapter 18: A NEW ENEMY!
On their way to the restriction area, Lee and the others notice that all the walkers that were inside the building are now dead. "What or who could've killed this many walker's Lee asked himself.
Alice: just a little further ahead.
Lee: Something kill all those walkers and we're just out in the open wandering around like we own the place.
Alice: You do have a point.
Lee: Let's just search for the others while we're heading to the bunker.
Ari: Sounds good, but what if whatever that kill all those walkers are just waiting on us down the hallway?
Aneka: Jesus ari...Don't try to scare us.
Lee: she does have a point.
Alice: Stop don't move...I hear footsteps.
Aneka: Oh God.
Ari: I spoke too soon.
Lee: get behind me you three and don't flinch.
As the footsteps approach Lee and the others get ready to attack whoever or whatever that was approaching them, the fear starts to sink in and Alice holds onto Lee shirt.
Ari sees a shirt and realized who the person was. It's Klaus ari shouts out.
Lee: Shhhh.
Ari: Sorry Lee.
Klaus and the other two join Lee and the others.
Joe: This place is a real fucking maze.
Lee: No kidding...So what did you guys find?
Klaus: we found out that you rescued the girls and we also found the security room.
Alice: That's good.
Lee: We were heading towards the restricted area.
Joe: To the bunker?.
Aneka: Yes.
Lee: But something is going on, all the walkers that were in here are now dead.
Shaw: I guess that explains why we can walk around so freely without being killed.
Lee: I think a walker did this.
Joe: Walkers killing walker...isn't that a good thing.
Lee: Normally yes but...
Alice: If a walker was able to kill about 80 to 90 walkers on its own that means we're dealing with a mutated walker.
Aneka: Mutated walker?.
Ari: What's that.
Klaus: Didn't I explain it to you guys or was it Lee who explained it.
Joe: I don't remember being told about any mutated walker or maybe I forgot.
Aneka: All three of us forgot.
Alice: Mutated walkers are walkers that are on a completely different level, Some mutated walkers can run fast while some have incredible strength.
Klaus: We only know two types of mutated walkers the first one is BOLT a mutated walker with super speed and the second one the most dangerous out of the two is called GORILLA.
Alice: Gorilla is a walker that has incredible strength and is the most dangerous. A Gorilla Walker can fling a truck or a car.
Lee: And it's about 6 to 7 feet tall.
Joe: I'll remember that, I'll even write it down.
Aneka: Wait so how do you guys know all of this.
Ari: Have you guys ever fought them before.
Alice: fight No...run Yes.
Klaus: Will...Lee fought the gorilla Walker and managed to kill it.
Joe: No wonder he's the boss. It must've been hard.
Lee: hard as hell.
Ari: So what kind of mutated walkers do you guys think did all of this.
Klause: To be honest none of the mutated walkers have attacked their own before so seeing this now is all new to me.
Joe: Maybe it's a new type of mutated walker.
Shaw: Also Abraham friends are dead, walkers killed them but we still can't find Abraham.
Lee: Let's just head to the bunker.
As soon as Lee said the word bunker a scream echoed throughout the entire building. All the walkers that were dead weren't dead but were mutating.
Lee: What the fuck is going on.
Alice: It seems like the walkers weren't dead.
Lee: Everyone run towards the bunker.
Everyone begins to run towards the bunker at full speed, a walker jumps out of a room and bite Joe on his are. 'JOOOOOEEEEE" Aneka screams out. Joe falls and hit his head on a hallway table, Lee picks up Joe and carry him on his shoulder. Lee looks back as he's running only to see a swarm of walkers running towards him, Lee starts to run faster down the hall.
They finally made it to the bunker but the door was locked, everyone started to panic. 'CALM DOWN" Lee shouts, Lee looks at Alice and asked can you open it up. Alice Shakes her head and said yes" Lee slowly put Joe down and leans him on the wall.
Lee pulls out his sword and Klaus pulls out his gun.
Lee: We'll buy you some time...Just find a way to open the door.
Klaus: Let's see who can kill the most.
Lee and Klaus charge towards the walkers and starts to fight. But each time they cut down a walker two more appear before them.
Klaus: This is Neverending and it's getting annoying.
Suddenly a scream echoes throughout the building once more and all the walkers' beings to clear the way.
Lee: Why aren't they attacking.
Klaus: I guess the boss is here.
Lee: Klaus you asked me once why I'm doing all of this.
Klaus: Did I? I guess I forgot but you can still tell me again.
Lee: No next time I'll tell everyone.
Klaus: let's show this thing how's in charge emperor Lee.
Lee: Emperor?
Klaus: Yes emperor and I'll be a duke.
Lee: you need to stop reading those fantasy books.
Klaus: so emperor are you ready?.
Lee smiles at Klaus and then said.
Lee: Sure Duke.
