Synopsis

Alina Deluca lives a normal life up in the Californian north. At least that’s what she makes the world believe. Locked within her hypnotizing emerald eyes are horrors she could never speak of, even if it killed her.
Erick Stayton, the vampire prince, is her nightmare. To her, he was no more than a cold, savage predator that lusted for her blood and took away everything she had during that one traumatizing night four years ago. Problem is, she is bound to be his bride.
Mustering every strength to set things right in her awry life, she gets embroiled in an ages-old feud and a struggle for power of mind-boggling proportions. Strangely enough, she finds herself connecting with Erick in ways she never knew she could. Suddenly, everything is not what it seems.

Started this when I came across it in Daily Recommendation, but soon it held my interest. Well written with good language skills. The plot is well drawn and tight with right amounts of anticipation and intrigue. Background is crisp but we'll detailed. Thumbs up!!! Definitely recommended!!
Started this as part of a daily recommendation but just kept on reading. Having finished, I definitely recommend it! I’ll be honest, it’s a little uncomfortable in the very beginning, and for good reason. Whenever I read an enemies-to-lovers story, I’m interested to see if the author can suitably convince me that the characters have genuinely changed their feelings for valid reasons. I was not disappointed. There might be triggers for some people because events are implied, but keep reading and you’ll begin to understand the actual story. Given the events that take place, I think you need to be open-minded to both forgiveness and the often confusing mix of emotion a person can feel. This IS a love story, no doubt about it. ❤️ Very, very few spelling and grammar errors. Honestly, might be the most correct I’ve read on webnovel. I hope this is legitimately on webnovel… After reading, I discovered that the book is also available elsewhere and has been available in paperback, but I did not see it currently available for purchase anywhere. I try to support legit sources, so hoping this counts. 🤞 Really loved this story, the characters, the world, and the relationships. It’s a short read (few chapters but they are lengthy! Great value for your FPs 👍) and worth it. Thank you!
