"URGGGGG" the woman shrieked, "Mam please push more the baby's head is coming out" the doctor said as the babys head is slowly appearing
"AGHHHHHH" the woman name grayfia screamed and the baby was slowly appearing, the baby's head came out showing his red hair and handsome cute face inherited from genes
then the baby finally came out, The doctor removed his sweat from his forehead and breathed out of relief "C-congats Lady Lucifage-sama your first child is born"
The doctor was scared to shitless because of Sirzech releasing his dangeroud aura saying *KILL* *KILL* *DARE TO FAIL I WILL KILL YOU!*
Grayfia looks at her baby and smiles, But "Wait mam please theres a second one coming" The doctor immidiantly warned
Before grayfia can even speak "AHHHGGHHH" she screamed at the bottom of her lungs, "Good lady lucifage please push more its coming out" The doctor said
Grayfia pushed as hard as she can "AHHHHHHHG" then another baby came out unlike the first one the second born is shown to be a gentle looking baby
While the first is a well intidimating, Sirzech came into the room and saw his twins "Can i carry my sons"
The doctor approved, Sirzech carried both of his son and he smiles since he finally has his own son ' I wont be a sis-con anymore '
Sirzech promised to his self since rias wont be any use to him now since he can already dot someone else
While grayfia exhaustingly observed his husband and her twin she cant help but smile and fall asleep due to exhaustion

i havent seen him use his PoD care to share when did millicas show his higher mastery of demonic power and PoD
