After the meeting with the investors, He went back to his office to look at few documents.
Li Lian hasn't forgotten about the two people that almost ruined his day, Fei Hong and Zhi Ruo. He had to deal with them before it was too late.
Ding!
He wanted to ignore the sound of the new text notification and continue with his work. The last thing he needed now was any form of disturbance.
Unlocking the phone, he saw a text from his wife, Chu Hua, and clicked on it.
"Hi Baby, Are you still mad at me?".
Finally, she must have realize that his idea was much better than hers. According to Chu Hua , A jewelry store was better than his dreams opening a writing company. She said it's was going to be boring and income might take time to come. But, who cares? It's was his dreams and no one could stop him from fulfilling them.
He dialed her number and then, left it on speaker.
"Finally you picked my love, are you still mad at your wife?" Chu Hua's voice came from the other end of the call asking .
"Yes I am. As long as you don't want to listen to me, there will be no conversation between us" He said, signing some of the papers.
"We will talk when you get home. What time are you leaving the office? Her voice came up again.
"I don't know yet."
"Today is our anniversary. Don't spoil the day Li Lian" She reminded.
"I will think about it" he said, ending the call on her. Today, marked their seventh year of marriage. His mother told him to come back home on time.
Chu Hua wanted a party while he wanted to take her on a date. Just the two of them spending time as husband and wife. But she refused. Now, he had to go home and prepare for the party.
He dialed his secretary's number on the telephone. After few seconds, she picked the call.
"Boss" Zhi Ruo said.
"Come to the office with Fei Hong. Don't keep me waiting" Li Lian said, dropping the phone back. He fell back to the chair and relaxed.
A quiet knock came on the door of his office. He didn't answer. Some minutes later, the door opened. Fei Hong was the first to walked in to the room while Zhi Ruo was behind him like a chick. She was afraid that the boss would sack her.
"Shouxi Zhixing Guan, you sent for me" Fei Hong said, with a bow.
"Yeah I did. Mmmmh what is the time?" Li Lian asked, picking up the pen on the table. He signed another document.
'Was this the only reason he called him to the office?' Fei Hong thoughts. Looking at the expensive wristwatch on his hand , he said "It's two O'clock sir."
"Okay. I am going home now. I have to close early today" Li Lian said, closing back the file.
"Happy anniversary boss" Zhi Ruo wished him. Today was the Young master's anniversary. "The party is in the evening but everyone is talking about it already." She knew it was going to be superb. A party, she wouldn't want to miss.
Li Lian looked at her with a start "Thank you ."
"Am I invited sir?" Zhi Ruo asked, excitedly, running her hand on her neck.
"Yes."
"What about me sir?" Fei Hong asked. No one wanted to miss the Li's party. Not when all the wealthy people are going to dine and celebrate.
"Only when you finish with the work , I gave you this morning" Li Lian answered. "Also, I have not forgotten about your punishment Fei Hong. You will work at the factory tomorrow. Don't bother coming to the office."
Fei Hong's jaw dropped. The factory? The work there was too hectic for him. He didn't want to be a supervisor even for two hours and now, Li Lian's punishment was for a whole day!
"Yes sir" he dared not refused his boss.
"And as for you Zhi Ruo" Li Lian paused and looked at her. She looked scared before he could even dispense her punishment. "Am still thinking if I should sack you or not?"
"Shouxi Zhixing Guan" She said, with tears forming in her eyes. Her uncle managed to secure a job for her at the Li's company. If she get sacked because of a silly mistake, then she was finished.
"I am leaving" Li Lian stood up from the seat and walked to the door. He looked back and saw his brief case on the table "Fei Hong, get my suit case and lock my door."
He exited. Fei Hong felt like throwing books at him. In this world, he had never met anyone as annoying as Li Lian.
Grabbing the brief case , he opened the door, together with the secretary , they left the office.

The doctor stared at the young beauty lying down on the bed. Her case was a rare one. He checked her temperature more six times to be sure but the results came out the same.
"So you are saying that her temperature is too low right?" Ah Lam asked him.
"Yes. Her temperature is below thirty seven" the doctor said looking at Yulan again. "The other test results will be out soon. I have to examine it again."
"That's serious Doc" Ah Lam said. "She will stay with me for now. I think her memory is not …"
"Don't worry, we will communicate with you. Take good care of her and make sure she takes her drugs on time."
"Thank you doctor" she said.
"Yulan we are done for today, shall we ?" Ah Lam gave her a smile.
Yulan nodded. She stood up from the bed and followed the woman outside. She was safe and learning fast with Ah Lam.
Now, that she had agreed to take care of her, she had to obey.
When they entered the car, Yulan closed the door quietly. She looked at Ah Lam and she got a smile showing satisfaction. "Thank goodness" she sighed.
Ah Lam started the car and in no time they hit the road. There was a traffic jam and the cars were stopped from moving.
"We can't move for now" Ah Lam told her.
Five black cars passed with a white car. They all looked very beautiful and expensive. Yulan could not hold her breath when she saw them. 'What does it takes to own such cars?' She asked herself.
"You like them?" Ah Lam asked , after she observed. "They are very expensive. A white Bugatti. That's why we have to wait for them to pass. Money speak Better and faster in the society, my dear Yulan."
"Who are they?" She asked.
"They? Among all the cars that passed, only the white car is important. The boss is sitting in it. The black cars are just there to protect him."
"So who is the boss ?" Yulan asked , looking through the window. She wanted to look at the cars very well . Perhaps one day, she would ride in one of them with Li Lian.
