It wasn't just ace and jinbe notice him every other pirate also noticed him.

Then he fire food beam from his finger by increasing it already fast speed to hundred times. It's now look like he turned into candy with a thought. The he collected all of the candy and put it inside his pocket. He will absorb them after leaving this place.
Then he looked at ace and jinbe. He walk toward them. Both of them tensed there body.
"Relax I didn't come here to kill you" said majin to both of them.
