Chapter 2: World Of Finis
[6 years later]
So.. where should i start now
6 years have gone by and a few things happened during these few years.
Firstly, well yeah, i can walk and somewhat talk now. My father trains me everyday and-
WAIT!
ROLLBACK!
So what i learned about this world in these 6 years is that this is, of course, a magical world, called the world of Finis, that translates to [the end] ..
Yeah i don't know why its called that either, maybe i will find out later, who knows. Not that i would care that much to be perfectly honest with you all.
But i won't gonna lie here... the naming is kinda wierd.
There are a lot of kingdoms and empires in this world, but the 3 most powerful ones are:
The «Ezaliton Empire»
The «Tivaria Empire»
And the «Laxoca Empire» in which i currently live in.
Anyways, its a world where u can control different elements depending on which ones you were born with.
It doesn't matter which elements your parents control or if they control any at all, because these powers come directly from your soul and not by gene or anything like that, you cannot learn more.
Its simply IMPOSSIBLE to learn more.
But of course, if you thought this world only has human elemental mages, u wouldn't be more wrong.
Indeed, there are creatures, who control their respectful elements too and of course have affinity to that exact element.
And they aren't just any simple creatures that you can find on planet earth.
All the creatures here are unique to this planet and have many variations depending on the element they control.
Like for example there are lots of different kinds of wolves that already do not look the same because of what they eat and where they live.
All of them also have different elements, which is also the reason why they look even more different than the other.
OH, and by the way, we have a pet at home that is an «Ice Mountain Cat» which is of the same size as a normal house cat back at planet Earth.
Its fur is vanilla white, its eyes azure blue, and what's more, it has a few unique traits in appearance.
For example at the end of its tale it has a little icicle like thing and on its forehead it has a snowflake symbol.
That's exactly how my dad named it, Snowflake.
And as its species name suggests, it has affinity to the ice element.
The only thing Snowflake can really do with the element though, is to make it snow around him a little bit and he can also breathe out some ice cold air.
Nothing special i know.
But its a house pet, its not supposed to be some powerful entity.
Either way we love him.
my dad actually wanted to train it too but my mother was against it
Which I am happy about. I don't want it to experience the same living HELL that i am experiencing nearly everyday...
Why did my mother let that happen you ask?
Well she thinks that it wouldn't be that bad for me to be a little stronger and for me to be able to somewhat defend myself if needed.
Don't get me wrong, she was against all this at first, but my father begged for her to allow him to train me
It was a funny scene, not gonna lie.. until the whole TRAINING thing happened..
Now returning to the topic of this worlds animals.. or i would rather call them creatures.
Every one that you want to be a pet, should be tamed and contracted with a blood contract.
I KNOW THIS SOUNDS HELLA WIERD OR RATHER SUSPICIOUS.
But its the only way,.. i mean they ARE magical creatures don't forget.
Carrying on now, as i said before, everyone is born with na elemental affinity.
My mom, Mona, was born with ice and lightning abilities, which already makes you considered a genius.
She mastered her powers pretty good i should say.. no but like, REALLY good.
Because what makes her such a genius is that she was able to combine and fuse the [ice element] and [lightening element] together.
Which, hear me out, was considered IMPOSSIBLE before.
My dad, Adam, was born with a rare element called [shadow element]
He trained day and night and probably still trains it, while i am explaining everything to you all...
He is CRAZY on training..
Adam can really do some crazy things with it which i think are OVER POWERED.
He can move through insane distances inside all shadows.
He can make anyone immobile while trapping that persons shadow.
He can even make shadow like weapons appear out of nowhere...
And this is just a few examples of what he can do.
but anyway... me?
I believe i never introduced myself before.
My parents named me Kiran Kraftfull
Kiran meaning «a beam of light», because i am basically the light in their lives i guess.
And Kraftfull is our family name meaning «Powerful», which really just sounds like craftfull to be honest.. but that doesn't sound bad either.
And my element? well... heh, how should i say this .. we don't know..
NORMALLY a person shows what element affinity they have in their first few years of living..
Unfortunately i am already 6 years old and we still dont know my element... saddening really.
But oh well, at least i will be living a normal, peaceful life as a normal citizen just like i wanted.
My mom thinks the same.. she thinks it would be better for me not to get myself in danger of any kind.
Well that's a mother for you i guess
BUT MY DAD? NAHHHH as a former «mage knight general» he cannot just let his son be a weakling.
That's why he trains me in different martial arts and such...
But uhh yeah you would be wondering why would someone train his son like that when he is only 6 YEARS OLD FOR GODS SAKE, if there is any god or something up there .. well,.. again, WHO KNOWS.
But now returning back to our topic, why is my dad training me when i am still so young?
well yeah of course, as a 6 year old i am considered VERY INTELLIGENT and the whole empire knows that.
And the other empires and kingdoms? well maybe they know a lil something about me too, but i dunno, i dont really care either way.
I mean my parents ARE pretty well known around these parts, so i am kinda well known myself, being a son of two geniuses and both of them being in the «Icosagon» the 20 most powerful people in the empire.
My mother being the «14th seated»
And my father being the «3rd seated» believe me or not
1st being the «Emperor», logical right?
Yeah so my parents are quite some big shots around these parts hehe.
But still... why would Adam train me like that.. well its actually pretty easy to understand i guess..yeah
ANYWAYS, my late grandpa, or so i was told, who i never knew of course, trained my father just like me every day.
Now my father is MAD ON TRAINING, IF THERE IS AN OPPORTUNITY, HE WILL TRAIN NON STOP TILL HE FALLS OUT OF STAMINA AND MANA.
Total opposite of me.
And yes there is mana in this world too.
A fun thing i dont have, as i was lead to believe
