Chapter 14: Obscurus
God, I had a person talk about "Bad execution" when we are not even 15 chapters in. the main plotline hasn't even been revealed yet, what do you mean bad execution?

Excited students flooded a small classroom, where a small teacher beckoned a large number of students in.
the teacher had a kind face, with a small stature. he was a part goblin, as his small height and remarkable talent in magic revealed all you needed to know about his heritage. he was the deacon of Ravenclaw, and he was always there for emotional support for outbreaks and mental breakdowns.
he seemed to be respected for his power and for his mental attitude to his students.
"Ah, your Mylo correct?" Mylo was about to take a seat next to luna before he felt a tap on his leg
"Yes, I am sir," Mylo responded to the man.
"I see. a moment please?" He said, before leading him outside
"I understand that you were born with a condition and may not be actively able to use magic! I understand that. although you don't have to do demonstrations, I expect the homework and everything else to be immaculate. is that fine?"
"I understand sir."
Going back into the classroom and sitting next to luna, she asked him a question
"Why do you always carry a suitcase with you?" She looked towards the case with him "We don't need our backpacks, no?"
"Well, it's a special suitcase."
Nagi protested being inside by shaking it, which only added to luna's confusion
"What type of magic suitcase?"
Mylo cleared his throat, before looking around the room.
Hufflepuff and Ravenclaws were paired together, and Slytherin and Gryffindor have paired together also.
I wonder why his brother got into Gryffindor? it would have made sense for Slytherin, but he didn't seem much of the courageous type himself.
"Today, we will be learning about the Levitation charm, also known as Wingardium Leviosa." Professor Flitwick spoke with a confidence that showed his expertise in charms.
"Hey~" Someone whispered something in Mylo's throat, as he rapidly looked towards the source of the sound.
it was the annoying boy from before, that didn't shut up in the great hall
"Hello?"
What was his name? Goldstein? something?
aw yes, Anthony Goldstein was his name
"When did you get here?"
"At the start, i was just being silent." Anthony gave a shrug
"Mr . Goldstein, Mr Scamander, do you have anything important to share with the class?"
"Oh no professor, we are just explaining about how Wingardium Leviosa doesn't apply to living things, please don't mind us."
"Very well. much like Mr Scamander said, inanimate objects are only the ones affected by Wingardium Levois." Professor Flitwick explained how living things can't be levitated, and gave a few examples.
bored , Mylo watched all the energtic kids that were exicited to cast there first spell.
however , reality was cruel.
many of the people failed , due to their wand movement, prounication of the spell , and other factors that he was too lazy to answer.
slowly grabbing his wand , Mylo softly chanted
"Wingardium Leviosa!"
Proffesor flintwick said "Merlins beard! well done! 5 points to ravenclaw!"
whistling came from the room , and it seems the raven claw's were happy.
there was only 5 people in the room that chanted it in lesson's time.
Anthony , who seemed to be magically gifted, quickly got into the spell under the constant guide of Mylo.
there was the girl from the grand hall , Cho Chang , of which Anthony seems to be in love with.
Luna , of course , aced it.
and the other was a girl from Hufflepuff , named Hannah Abbott.
they left with a smile on there faces and homework in hand.
"Potions..." Anthony cried "Not potions..."
"Whats wrong with potions?"
"Oh..." Anthony's head turned towards me "You didn't know?"
"Whats going on?"
"Its teached by Proffesor Snape , who is known to be a dickhead."
Mylo gave a frown , before sighing.
lunch was going on now , as people expectandly looked up to see their owl's delievering their mail.
for Mylo , it was a letter and a big parcel , of which several items were held in there
He would of opened it there , if not for Anthony repeaitled asking what was it.
after eating , they had an hour before lessons started.
going back to his dorm room and opening the door and locking it , he slowly started to tear open the letter
"Grandfather?"
the letter was from him.
"Mylo. i found a new lead on your power. burn the letter and the parcel after you use it , love you x"
burning the letter , Mylo opened the parcel.
"Obscurus and its effects."
the book title was that as Mylo's eyes opened
"Obscurus...?" Mylo thought.
it didnt ring a bell , but he remebered his grandfather telling him a story when he was younger. unfortauntley , his memory had started to become hazy from when he was young.
"Obscurus is a parastic dark force that prey's on people that faced truamatic expierences and forcefully attempt to push there magic and control it unnaturally.
it was said that death itself only ruled Obscurus , and those who are posseded by it are dangerous and should hand themselfes over to the ministry of magic.
however , in some cases , where the user can control the Obscurus , it can greatly aid in magic casting."
A dark parastic force that preys upon traumatised and people who regress their magic , huh?
although it sounds like that on paper, he knows that this isnt the truth.
there's something more to it.
"O'hail the dealthy hallows."A woman's voice filled his head.
slowly coughing up some blood, Mylo looked towards the blood on his hand and sighed
"it seems im getting weaker and weaker."
he needed something that would extend his lifespan.
Unicorn blood?
no. that would be impossible. a cursed life is one he doesnt want to live.
it seems... he would have to take a trip to the dark forest.
