Chapter 6: Chapter Five: The marriage proposal
Arriving at the party they made their way through the crowd to find the host of the party
Grandpa Lu was sitting down and greeting his guests beside him two young maids collect the gift from the guests and keep it on the gift table
Just then he spotted his omega grandson who looked beautiful in a suit with an adorable smile, his face full of innocence
Grandpa quickly waved to Shan so he could come to him, Shan was smiling brightly the kind of smile that reaches his beautiful eyes, while he elegantly walked to greet his grandpa with Liam behind him and Xu Lin by his side
Happy birthday grandpa you're still looking good Shan said, while grandpa laughed at his grandson's joke Lin was also smiling as he bow to show some respect to the elder, Lin always liked grandpa Lu because when they where young this grandpa said to him that he will make a beautiful bride to his grandson brother yang little did grandpa know that his words will take such effects on the young omega
Sadly brother yang is not interested in him or any one at this time
Grandpa Lu notice that Lin was looking elsewhere as if searching for someone so he said oh little Lin go over there and greet your big brother yang he has been here for a while I want to have a little talk with Shan here
Hmmm ok Lin said clearly blushing from embarrassment knowing that the old man noticed he was searching for yan yan, he nervously started walking to where Lu yang was standing, looking at the man of his dreams standing so elegantly and powerful at the mist of people who are trying to get his attention either to sign a contract with their little company or to make friends with him, this kind of party is especially made for the elite people to meet and is also an opportunity for middle class people to try and get better chance of improving their status
Lin was jealously looking at the beautiful lady in the blue dress that seems to catch the attention of Lu yang she is smiling and making small talks and the CEO seems to be paying her attention
At that sight Lin lost his courage and went to sit by the table while sulking just then a waiter brought him some wine he used both hands and carry two wine glass he kept one on the table and drank the other in one go he then turned to the waiter and tip him five thousands dollar bill only to say keep them coming the waiter blushed and smiled with a yes he left happy that he got a lot of money for tip from a very handsome man
While Shan was having a talk with grandpa, Lin is already drunk and his eyes are sloppy making him look sexy with his blushed cheeks not even noticing that the person serving him wine is not a waiter
Grandpa Lu finally decided to tell Shan why he wanted to talk with him privately
little Shan do you remember the Gu family grandson Gu Guangxi he used to be your playmate when you were young
Shan doesn't remember most of his childhood so he said, but Guangxi is some one popular in the business world so he just said grandpa I know who he is, in fact everybody know him, he is a business tycoon just like brother yang, so what about him why are you asking me if I know him, Shan was clearly confused about what this his old man is saying and that's why he decided to ask
Shan was focused on his grandpa's expression and the old man seems worried and troubled about something.......Ahhhhm little sha.....
Before grandpa could say what he was about to say Shan asked if there was problems with the Gu family knowing that his family has been close friends
Oooi this old man just can't wait to tell you or ask you a favor, I know that you don't have any one you love right now so I really want to asked you to help me fulfill my late wife's request I hope you will consider it am not try to force you into anything but just give it a try and if you can't go on with it I would understand
Now Shan was more confused but thinking that his grandpa is asking a favor from him he said, ok I will do my best what is that you need my help with any way i was thinking you will ask yan yan for this kind of matters
I want you to marry the Gu family grandson it will be my greatest wish to see our families united in a more stronger bond before I go to rest...
Shan was dumbfounded and shocked first but seeing the expectations written all over his granpa he couldn't reject him, though he doesn't want to but it didn't show on his face, every knows that he is very obedient and that's exactly what he is going to do right now agree with his grandpa so with that decided he quickly smiled and said that he will be happy to, after all Gu Guangxi is a very honorable and capable man he even made a joke saying his husband is a national husband now he will become enemy to many people who are in love with Guangxi
His grandpa laughed saying that little Shan always puts a smile on his face with his little jokes
After their little talk grandpa said he will go back to greeting his guests and Shan decided that he also need a drink to sink in what his grandpa just asked of him, just then Liam whisper to his ears that Lin is drunk and seems to be in heat so they both head to where the little omega was drowning himself in wine but just before they could get to him Shan could smell an omega hormones in the air and it's scented just like Lin's on reaching Lin he was no where to be found Liam decided to ask the next person who was sitting beside Lin earlier the person said that two body guards in black took him out side saying I think they are his body guards they acted familiar with him, Shan was worried about Lin knowing that Lin came together with them there was no extra body that Lin could have without him knowing so he asked Liam to quickly check the security camera of who those men were
Lu yang saw his little brother and decided to have a little chat, when he reached them before he could say something he heard Liam say I think Lin is kidnaped
Looking at the security footage the men that took Lin are not familiar at all but the car they used belonged to one of the biggest gang in x city now both Liam and Shan are worried about what will happen to Lin
