Chapter 103: Chapter 101
In a destroyed camp surrounded by trees, the ground was littered with dead bodies, as their blood dyed the earth red.
But prepare even more surprising was the monster standing among the wreckage with a man covered in armor kneeling in front of him with a cracked hammer held firmly in his hand.
" It really is a shame I can eat you today, but who knows maybe one we may meet again, and I promise you that you won't get away this easily." says Zeron as his tongue locks the blood dripping from Thor's head.
" Ahhhhhh! Your royal blood really is delicious, if only."
Zeron stops his sentence as he proceeds to walk past Thor, who was in complete shock and unable to respond to Zeron's actions.
" It seems it's time to join back with Loki, I wonder if he completed his part, or is there another chance for more blood?" Zeron questioned as the possibility seemed to excite him if his large toothy gain was anything to go by.
" I should hurry can't let Loki have all the fun." Zeron said as he leaps into the sky speeding off in the direction he felt Loki's presence.

Loki had stayed hidden during the entire flight just listening to the scientist and agents talk about such he deemed to be unimportant, and it didn't take long for the jet to land in the base and that was all Loki needed.
Since Cul had taken an interest in Loki's life and planned to use him as his infinity gems collector, Cul had not only provided Loki with a new symbiote but also increased his abilities mainly when it came to controlling and manipulating other people's minds and actions.
This was very easy for Cul since his own psionic abilities were boosted by Devouring Ego the living planet.
But even without the increase from Cul, it wasn't hard for Loki to control the mind of a single human, and that was exactly what he was going to do.
Loki floated into the air quickly floating in the middle of the entire shield base, but none of the sensors or guards could see him, wasting no time Loki closed his eyes as a wave of psionic energy washed over the entire base.
This wave relayed everything happing in the base back to Loki's mind, and he looked over everything thing until he found what he was looking for.
" This human seems to have the clearance to access the tesseract as they call it, poor humans don't even realize they have one of the infinity gems in their possession." says Loki his disgust for humans is clear for all to see.
The psionic wave sent out by Loki quickly converged on the target Loki selected, a middle age man.
The psionic energy quickly and forcefully drilled into the man's head quickly changing his thoughts to aline with Loki's purpose, the whole process didn't last even a minute.
And after it was done the man didn't seem any different as he continued on his way and soon got into an elevator.
While the man made his way to the tesseract, Loki was watching over the whole process, making sure nothing unexpected happened, as he did a figure arrived at his side.
"Loki, why haven't you gotten the gem as yet, you could easily force your way into the place and take it." says Zeron.
" A few extra minutes changes nothing in our plans, so there is no need to create a big commotion or mess when things could be done much cleaner." says Loki while not taking his eyes off the base below.
" Tch."
Zeron was clearly not accepting of Loki's method but he stayed put and didn't interfere with it.
In the base, the middle-aged man had already arrived at the area where the tesseract was held, but nobody in the base was aware, as Loki had altered all the cameras he had passed.
He was currently entering a room and as he did the only thing in front of him was a completely black box.
The black box was where the tesseract was held when tests weren't being done, and the man stepped into the room and grabbed the box.
BEEP!!!!!!
An extremely loud alarm went off throughout the whole base, as everyone sprung into action rushing to the room where the tesseract was held.
In the sky above the base, both Loki and Zeron looked on as this happened.
" Well so much for clean." said Zeron.
" He didn't know about the alarm when I searched his mind, but it doesn't matter." said Loki.
As Loki spoke the man in the base kept moving forward heading towards the exit to meet up with Loki, while agents rushed past him like he wasn't there at all.
Clearly, Loki was hiding him so he could escape unseen.
