Chapter 7: Chapter 7
Running as fast as I can I see Midorya rushing into the scene a couple of yards in front of me. I was too far back so I knew I wouldn't be able to stop him in time, I also saw a skinny old man run up to the scene with a face full of worry. Putting that man's face to the back of my mind I assessed the situation in front of me when I arrived.
Seeing that the surrounding building was on fire I turned towards the fire hydrant and extended my arm forward. When I did this a dark bluish liquid came shooting out, it came in contact with the fire hydrant and seemed to siphon the water out of it. Rushing forward I yelled.
[If you are going to just stand there, get out of my way so I can do your job for you!] Me and Plague yelled while I used my Plague to enhance my legs and I jumped over the reporters and heroes. My arm is still connected to the fire hydrant. I used my other arm with my quirk to guide the water towards the building to start putting out the fire.
Only putting out a few flames, I noticed that Midoriya was about to get hit by the villain in the back of the head. I stomped my foot on the ground and I shot a thin blue web out from my foot. It connected to Midoriya's back and I yanked my foot back causing him to fall down barely missing the villain's attack.
"Pay attention to your surroundings idiot, if you want to be a hero you can't let your guard down that easily." I yelled at Midoriya. Getting a nod back I shot some of the water I had at him. One, because he deserved it for being an idiot, dang Plague is rubbing off on me. The other was because it seemed he needed to be wet for his plan. Or that's what I think anyways since he was already damp.
Disconnecting my web I put my focus back on the buildings, making sure that the fire doesn't spread more than they already have. I was also making sure the building didn't suffer some internal structural damage that could cause part of the building to collapse and could potentially fall on a victim.
While I was putting out the fire and shooting webs every now and again where the building seemed to be the weakest at. Midoriya was fighting the villain with some difficulty.
[Midoriya pov]
After getting saved by Axel, I regained my thoughts. I was too focused on saving Ka-chan that I neglected my own safety which would have just caused more problems. I rush in again this time being aware of my surroundings.
Seeing the attack coming for me I used me being soaked to my advantage and allowed myself to slip on the ground. I then slid on the floor since it was covered in water from Axel putting out the fire.
Sliding past the villain I got up and tried to punch where I think Ka-chan is in hopes of using enough force to get him out of the villain's grasp. My punch went right through the villain causing some green liquid to splash around the impact of where I punched.
Missing my target I take out my hand as fast as I can, while jumping backwards. Right when I jumped the villain attacked right where I was standing. Rushing back in I tried again this time though I aimed where at the back of his head.
During my attack the villain turned around and now my fist was aimed at Ka-chan's face. Smiling seeing this I opened my hand in preparation to grab Ka-chan's face and yank him out of there. Not expecting me right there the villain tried to back away.
I was able to grab ka-chan's head and I pulled with all my strength to get him out. Not being able to get him out all the way, I was about to back up when suddenly Ka-chan came loose from the villain's grasp. Getting Ka-chan out of the villains grasp I noticed a blue pillar hitting the back of the villain. This must be how I was able to grab and free Ka-chan.
[Bakugou pov]
I was starting to lose hope, no matter how much I struggled I couldn't get free from the attackers grasp. I am now losing the last of the oxygen in my body, and my vision is getting blurry. When I was about to accept defeat I saw a green blur come towards my direction.
Realizing someone had come to rescue me I made one last push to stay awake and try and get oxygen back into my lungs. The green blur was about to pull me out when he suddenly fell down, even though he fell he was able to get some of the villains goo off my mouth.
Inhaling as much oxygen as I could, I was now able to clearly see the situation. The green blur was Izuku and he got saved by Axel from getting attacked from behind. Then I started to get angry, not that they were helping me but that the supposed heroes were just watching and not doing anything.
I was also angry at myself that I needed help from my friends and I couldn't escape myself. I then hear Axel yelling at Izuku to get a hold of himself, and like always he knows what to say to make Izuku regain his focus.
With the help of Izuku and Axel I was able to escape. Gasping for air, I tried to regain as much strength as I could. Smiling I say.
"It's about time you losers came. I had everything in control but I guess that you guys are here, I'll let you guys help me finish this villain off." Even though I was acting arrogant I was actually really happy that these 2 came and helped me. But like h*ll I would actually say that to their faces.
