Chapter 6: 4 Chapter After 1st Chapter.
In vast sky there could be seen a massive dragon flying at quite high speed and on the dragons back there is a black haired boy riding the dragon, Strangely enough the boy instead of having fearful expression has a massive wicked grin on his face...
[ Kaal's POV ]
'hehehe i succeeded!! i got to live few more hours!'
who would have thought that a simple Acting skill would work wonders and saved my ass.
well i should stop getting cocky my survival has not been set on stone yet, the dragon has clearly said it will not kill me 'for now!'.
umm? what should i do to ensure my survival... praise it?
yes i should probably earn some good point for myself before we reach dragon's cave .But what should i praise 'it' , since dragons are savage beasts how about 'wow your teeth are so large and sharp and that kidney stuck between your teeth looks so badass!!' huh.
well probably if i said this the dragon will drop me from it's back, not good!!
'uh-huh!!' i got an idea , {he moved forward towards dragons head }
wow! is this magic i can't feel even a little wind pressure on such high speed!? than i said to dragon-
"wow!!"-i said.
"what?" it said.
"Your scales!! it's so smooth and shiny!!it's just like an sapphire sheet!" i said as if it came from deepest part of my heart.
While saying this i began to stroke it's head. listening to my heartfelt praises dragon's body shook slightly which nearly disbalance me but i managed recover. Then the dragon said-
"Y-you! W-what are you saying !!" the dragon said, it's voice sounded flustered of sort.
'hehehe it worked!! Time to earn some brownie points!!'. Then i begin to rub my cheeks on it's scales-
"W-w-what are you doing human!? No!! don't do it!" said dragon.
After some time we reached our destination. As we landed on ground the dragon shakes it's head which send me flying as away.
"arghhh!!" what the hell!! it hurt's like bitch! i shouted in pain and lies on ground grunting in pain.
The dragon after seeing that it did not go as intended immediately got near me and cast healing magic which eases my pain-
"I am sorry kid!! I did not intended to do that!" said the dragon in hurried voice. I after seeing this although not really minding it but nevertheless looked at dragon with teary eyes and fearful expression on my face. seeing my face from what i could make out the dragon seemed sad.
[ DRAGON's POV ]
I was sleeping peacefully when my eyes jolted open sensing a powerful and mysterious energy i immediately got up and went towards the direction where i sensed the energy but suddenly the energy vanished but i decided keep going regardless.
after some time of moving forward looking for something unusual i found a human kid with a cute face , black hair and greenish gold eyes.
'How the hell he got here? And no matter how i view him he's little above average human but still a weak human and how the hell is even alive!?'
i think the energy should be related to him since it's to much of coincidence to happen.
Then i asked him some questions and decided to take him to my cave to examine his movements but as i was flying with him on my back he suddenly moved towards my head but i let it go since it's no problem.
But then he praised my lovely scales which are my pride and i was very sensitive about it. It was first time for me when a human praised me. Normally when they see me they began to fear me and run away or curse me and attack me but this kid not only praised me but did not fear me it made me very happy. Now come to think of it he said he has no memories of past well then i should probably keep him, it has been quite lonely by myself for so long after all.
But he can't do as he pleases and despite saying to stop he didn't stop so i thought to teach him a lesson when i land on ground. After reaching the ground i shaked my head which results in him being sent flying, which was apparently to much for a simple human and it hurt him quite a bit.
I immediately cast healing magic on him which eases his pain and then i apologized to him. It was never my intention to hurt him but looking at his hurt and fearful face made me sad, finally when someone genuinely praises me without any ill intentions and not being feared i ended up causing harm to that person. Now he probably thinks i will eat him... *sigh*.
well i think the situation is not irreversible and still can be resolved. I think he should be hungry so i should invite him inside and give some food to eat.
well he was quite hungry for sure he ate a whole goat! and i think he see's me like before now... yes! that's some progress!!.
After eating i think because of tiredness he was becoming sleepy but the surface of my cave is to sharp for a human to sleep comfortably. But then he comes towards me nervously and asked me-
" can I-i sleep on Y-your back? your scale's are more comfortable than to sleep on floor!!"
i was stunned after hearing him and after some time i smiled happily to which he become scared and took a step back! i immediately composed myself and agreed.
"OK kid you can sleep on my back!!" i said then then climbed and lay on my back and after some time falls asleep. And after some time i closed my eyes and falls asleep.
